I called S and S Allen last minute and Harold came out and cleaned my drain line and had it running. Right away I felt the difference and my a.c is running and I am a happy and satisfied customer.

This company is very unprofessional. They show up at your house without an appointment and then claim that you owe them even after you never called them in the gate. My property manager for the unit I rent called them in. I was billed for a fee when I did not even schedule with them prior to them coming. I spoke to my property manager and they sent them over without even telling me they were coming. So because I didn't answer they are passing the fee to me even though I did not approve the time.

They are very professional, urban fox is the only AC company that I recommend for my customers. I know the owner for many years, they are very professional and on time. According to my customers their prices are very compatible with others big company's and very honesty not to mention that they are fully licensed and insured. They do commercial and residential, never heard a complain from my customers about this company other than very satisfy. I recommend them for your AC project and guarantee you will be happy with their final result.

they put in a new a/c system last year and after 3 months of constant pleading finally they obtained a permit. When inspected there were several additional requirements that needed to be done which were done, extending the time even further. It is now a year later and I called on two occasions for maintenance with NO response. I was informed by a technician from another company that Urban Fox never registered my new a/c so i lose 5 years of warranty. I texted Urban Fox with a copy of the registration form they neglected to fill out and still no response from them. The technician that did the service was excellent but I feel Urban Fox owner VERY unreliable, unprofessional and unacceptable.
AFFENDUM:
After finally communicating with Urban Fox they said they would take care of the registration for my warranty from Rheem.

Contacted Urban Fox 3 days later to ask them if matter taken care of. No response, now a few days after my text to them. It seems my original review was correct. I highly DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.
