They came yesterday to repair the Ac they came on time the fixed the air conditioning now it’s clean and functioning great

Do not hire this company. They installed a brand new AC in July 2025 on a house I recently purchased. I called them 4 times in 6 weeks to fix their terrible work. They told me repeatedly that the AC was working fine. The 3rd time they came out they tried to convince me the coils needed to be cleaned, but I could have them replaced for $700. I called a different company to look at the AC. It had no freon! Brand new AC had no freon. That company also gave me a list of things that were not done correctly when the AC was installed. I shared that with David from AirBulance. He sent someone out a 4th time to fix it. Ben did a sloppy job and wanted me to sign paperwork. I refused. Ben put David on the phone with me and he had nerve to tell me I wasn't his customer and he's been trying to "help" me. How is doing your job correctly helping me?? Doesn't matter who paid for it! One of the main issues still isn't fixed.
I also found out the unit doesn't have heat. Even after all of this, David wanted to charge me $250 to put in the heat component.

Huge thanks to Airbulance! I was impressed that they were able to get out here and replace our entire AC unit just 24 hours after we got the contract.
