We have been using Crane Air Conditioning for years. Before finding them we were misled and overcharged by many other companies as a/c problems never happen at a convenient time. Todd and his crew do their best to get out promptly knowing we have a business that depends on keeping patrons cool. As a business owner I can't tell you how important it is to have a company like Crane we can count on.

BEWARE: Horrible! Shaboon Air sold and installed an already broken and defective air conditioner unit and will not fix it or replace the defective unit. The installation was very shabby, unsightly and looks atrocious. Had other companies come to quote repair and they are even appalled at the work done by Shaboon. Shaboons employees are notoriously late by an hour or more from set appointment time and they take all day long to complete a 2 - 4 hour job. They also put in a filter that does not fit the so called brand new unit upon installation and it gets sucked in by the unit cause it’s not the proper fit. When the owner Louiscius was told about it he said he is not responsible for the filter and that it doesn’t really matter what filter is used. When told about the noise the unit makes when turning on and off he said it’s normal and dismissed our claims but when we advised him that we had a more reputable company come and diagnose the issue he sent the same two persons that obviously don’t know what they are doing to repair the broken unit and it’s still making a horrible noise when turning on and off and now it also sounds like the fan blades are off balance. Be prepared to lose out on a day or two of your own productivity being stuck at home waiting for this company and still not have the proper work done if you choose these clowns for your air conditioner install and repairs. This is more like a sham-boon or scam-boon cause that’s what it seems has been done at our condo, a complete scam! The landlord chose them and we all regret it in every way. Shaboon is not replying to our communication about the repairs needed for this so called brand new unit he had installed and it looks like we will need another air conditioner company to repair or replace the defective unit Shaboon sold us.

Cran installed my new ac at my home about 3 years ago. They did some service on the drain recently. This week, they also serviced my Mother's ac. They are a great company and trustworthy. There prices are in line with standards and they show up ON TIME!! (Which seems to be an issue in the ac industry.) I HIGHLY recommend them for sales/full installs and service. Dina (Tina?) is accommodating and on top of it. They get an A++ from my family!

The AC fan motor had stopped spinning. The technician replaced it and tested the system. Airflow returned to normal and the AC runs perfectly now.

The system had started overheating and shutting down. That’s no longer happening after the fix. Runs smoothly again.

The blower motor was overheating during long cycles. Their technician replaced the worn motor and checked airflow resistance. The system now runs without overheating.

One room in our house never seemed to cool properly. Their crew checked the vents and adjusted the airflow balance. They also sealed a small duct gap. The temperature is now even throughout the home.
