Worst customer service in store in the florida plumbing industry

Unprofessional and extremely rude driver from this store, one of the guys went to a job site and had a terrible attitude, very disrespectful and this was the store and phone number in the big truck. I have pictures sadly I can’t post it here.

Longest wait time you'll ever see if you can go to home Depot I would advise that because the time it takes waiting at Ferguson vs the cost of home Depot supplies is about the same..
Time is money and I wouldn't waste another second at that place if I can help it.

Counter sales personel acting like they are doing the customer a huge favor ,but in reality they are not very knowledgeable.From the previous reviews looks like its been like that for some time and they wont change it. Other than that the store is great.

The whole staff are the best in the business. From the General Manager to the counter sales. Sergio from inside sales has went above and beyond on multiple occasions to help my company get the job done. He is the star of the company.

It's shocking in this day and age with social media a company so well recognized as Ferguson can employ and encourage their employees to treat their customers horribly. I been there twice and both times I was treated like I was bothering them with my plumbing issues and given the phone number to the manufacturer. After speaking to the manufacturer it turns out Ferguson could've ordered the part for me. Well I guess I'll be writhing the BBB and county commissioner about their sales practices. 👍

Ac company wanted $600 to replace a fan motor and possibly more. Got the motor here for $160. Happy to save the money. Ac working again.

Not a reflection on the staff - Joey was great - but that a company knows a particular Delta product (a $600 faucet) is consistantly defective and still sells it is just plain bad business. So under the heading of "how you do anything is how you do everything", I would never recommend anyone go to Ferguson.

Update: Javier, it's disengenuous to give out your contact info and then not respond when contacted. Ultimately, Delta ended up sending 2 new faucets (3rd try) and the plumber did the job for the 3rd time. So the $1,200 faucets ended up costing me $1,700 and weeks with no faucets. That's not a good business tactic.
