I figured the Big Box stores would be limited and they were, so I go to Ferguson and ask the sales counter where I would find faucet washers? He says to me smugly that they sell plumbing assemblies and not piece parts. Well pardon me. I've had an account there for years but I never use it. The sales counter people always remind why? Pro or not sad way to do business!

I was taking delivery of three large boxes with vanities for master bath. Driver pulled up took first box off truck . I had the garage door opened so he didn’t have to walk around to front door . He placed it on garage floor . I asked him to please bring it in the house because the garage floor was being painted with epoxy. He said I’m leaving it all here or I’m taking it back . Again ask please bring an extra 5 feet into house . He took the first box back and left That’s great customer service!!!

Matt is awesome, he helped us find a replacement mixer for a part that was depreciated 3 years ago. Helped organize next day shipping as well! Great guy!!

The employees were all busy when I came in but Ricardo Harrison acknowledged my presence and said he would be with me as soon as he was done with his customer. He was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I got what I had come in for. He was very pleasant, professional and gets an A+ from me.

I don't know about products plumbers need, all I wanted was an acrylic shower knob. I had to wait at least 40 minutes and then it was more than twice what I could buy it on eBay for. Not impressed. I can wait for getting it shipped. They aren't close to wholesale! $21 for a single knob. Bet I could get it at Home Depot for like $10.

Terrible customer service. Whoever David is should be the last person answering the phone. Terrible phone presence and absolute lack of customer service. Simply needed help finding an item. His tone and lack of willingness to help was sickening. You know the products. Guide me based on what I told you I needed. Take your business elsewhere.

Worst customer service at any plumbing supply, very rude people, Ai was lucky they didn't throw me my order to my face. They forget people are paying money, they're not working for free. 1 star because I cannot give less.

I rarely complain when I receive bad service from a business. I just go some where else. But what do you do when they sell you something over the phone that is not what you ask for or wanted? You drive 30 minutes (one way) to pick it up and they can't find your order or that you payed for it, after 20 minutes when they do find the order, its not even close to what you wanted and they don't sell what you need. I never left the store with anything, they couldn't give me a refund because it was a card payment and it would take couple days because it had to be processed. Jump forward 21 days and after talking to several people and being promised it is being processed I still have not received a refund for something I never got. Unbelievable. be cautious dealing with this company, I won't ever again.
UPDATE: Finally after a month of calling and talking to seven different people, each one telling me they would take care of it, I got my refund. My advice is that if you find yourself needing to purchase from Ferguson, I would not do it over the phone and would make sure you will not need a refund & your purchase is something that will not break. If you do have to request a refund, stay on them or you will never see it. Every time I called the person said no notes were put in the system with my account and the money was there and nothing was being processed. Wonder if they will pay me for all my time I spent trying to get my money back?

When you have no choice you go here. And the reason why is because when you go there you’re waiting in line sometimes it just couple of items. It should be really quick, but when it comes to plumbing, we know that people have multiple fittings they have to ring up and look up on the system, you would think by now that they have it under control with barcode and stickers and upgrading their computer equipment. This will be like the fifth time I walked out. I left everything there because I can’t wait. Do you think the Management have cameras to see the traffic in that place sometimes and maybe come up with better ways of making money?

Today confirmed that my experience with this company is not a coincidence and that I have been a victim of disparate treatment by the employees. On a previous visit I arrived at the store minutes after they opened. There was one person in front of me. I waited 15 minutes for the service agent to acknowledge and help me. Another person, who looked more like the service agent walked through the door, and he stated that he would assist him shortly. I had to remind him that I had been waiting. He claimed that he thought I was waiting for someone else. I was given a price for a hot water heater unit. I had to go home to verify the specifications and when I called to make the payment, I was quoted a higher price than I was originally quoted.
On this visit, I was given the price of two different hot water heaters, I opted to go for the less expensive unit. The service agent attempted to sell me a scratch and dent. At the advice of my plumber, I refused. The agent went to the warehouse to find the unit, and his colleague came over to inform me that all of the units had been “promised” to someone else. I questioned the fact that they were still showing as a part of their inventory and asked if they were paid for. He stated that my only choice would be the more expensive unit. Thankfully I called my plumber who purchased a unit at another plumbing supply company.

Employees help only if you go to the desk, they don't ask if you need help ans some if them look like mad when you ask for help! Products selection good, customer service needs improvement!

The employees here suck they closed early and laughed in my face when I had an emergency call when I asked why the closed they say the managers call and no one wanted to give me any names. They aren't worried about the customers

I had a great experience at this location this past week. Aldo (I believe that's his name), was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He researched what I needed and was able to find a similar item that fit like a glove.

This place has mostly everything for plumbers and HVAC people. I said mostly because I came in trying to buy a Ridged electric commercial auger and they told me they could order it but so can I. Had they had it available i would have snatch it from them. Overall great and helpful staff.

I had an issue with a Kohler Deck Mount faucet where the brass pipe of the previous installation was half an inch too short with no access to the piping of the bathtub and only an 1/8 inch of pipe to work with. We went to Ferguson and found the right extension tile, the employee we were talking with cut the pipe to exactly how we needed it, free of charge and was very helpful. Fits perfectly, we couldn't be happier!
