Wonderful company. They kept in touch with me as to the status of my windows and then promptly scheduled me for installation. Our salesman John Delgado is fantastic!! The window product is excellent but working with John made our decision to choose them. We still have sliders to replace and will definitely use John and the company again.
It’s nice in this day and age to feel safe and secure when you have a reliable company with an excellent product and a salesman that shines like John does.

I am happy I hired SafeGuard to do my windows and Doors. Michael Palmer was very helpful and very thorough. With the My Safe Florida Home Program and my financing. I look forward to my new Hurricane Impact windows and doors.

My personal experience utilizing this company for my window installation wasn't a pleasant one at all. No floor protection was put down for my tile floor, so when demolishing the original windows a tile was cracked in one place and scratched in 2 other areas of my floor. I informed my sales person, Ray R***, He insinuated as though the tile was damaged prior, Which it wasn't. There were other issues with the project, in which one of the office employees, Lisa, told me I better learn to live with it! The completion date was more than a month late, the "touch up" work was a joke, So I had to do some of it myself (I'm a senior citizen) and I had to hire someone else to do what I couldn't. I specifically told my salesman that I wanted windows that reduce outside noice. These windows (ES-2000 Multimax) doesn't do that. You hear ALL outside noise! I hope these are hurricane impact windows. I'm glad I decided to go outside to check on the progress during installation because a couple of the windows were looking crooked in the frame and the installers had to adjust them, After installation, I had to call the office because one of the windows didn't open at all and it took numerous calls to the office for them to finally send someone to try and fix it. I reached out to my salesperson, Ray with some questions/concerns about the windows and door. He asked me to send him photos, I did. I never heard from Ray again, even after texting him. Why ask for photos if you weren't going to address anything? It would have been better to just say I don't want to, I can't or I won't be able to do anything, That I can respect. That's why when dealing with any type of businesses in South Florida you're taking a chance.

Words cannot express how happy I am with my new doors and windows. SafeGuard did an amazing job with my installation. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to do upgrades.

Elmers team was punctual, professional and hardworking.They carefully covered up my furniture and appliances as I had just completed a large renovation. Outstanding communication and customer service and they went above and beyond to clean up thoroughly when the job was finished.My windows and door are beautiful and the peace of mind knowing my home is safe from hurricanes is priceless. I am a general contractor and I hired safeguard windows to install sliding glass doors at one of my projects. They did a spectacular job. The installation was very well done. They patched the stucco and it looked great. They used quality materials for the install. The finished product looked clean and neat. The crew was professional. Communication with the office was great throughout.

I purchased hurricane impact windows, and doors with Safeguard, and Michael Palmer was my Project Manager. My experience with him was great and he was very professional. I love my new Impact windows and doors and my family and neighbors love them also. The installation team was awesome. They did everything including removing my blinds and reinstalling them. They were very efficient and left things very clean and in order. The installation looks amazing. I would highly recommend SafeGuard and Michael Palmer to anyone. I have referred Michael to family and friends and they love working with him also. I'm so glad I decided to buy hurricane impact windows from Safeguard Windows and Doors! My primary contact with Safeguard was Arthur, and he was amazing. Retrofitting an existing home with new windows (the large pocket slider, in particular) was a big challenge but Arthur made sure everything looked great. He visited many times before, during and after installation to make sure everything was in order. The installation team was friendly, professional and hard working. The double paned, insullated vinyl windows I selected are really high quality, gorgeous and also (to my amazement) affordable. (We got bids from five different potential installers.) I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Arthur!

I almost NEVER write reviews, this company was so amazing to work with that I felt compelled to! EVER SINGLE PERSON that I came on contact with or spoke to, was FANTASTIC! I honestly didn’t know companies like this still existed!!! George, who came out to give us a quote, explained everything so well and down to the finest detail. The crew that came out to install our windows were the most respectful, careful and skilled group of people I have ever seen! The ladies in the office kept me updated on dates and provided me with the necessary information to complete my job! I could not be happier with the job and with the manner it was completed!!!! Do not hesitate to use this company!!!!

SafeGuard installed impact windows and doors in my home last month, and overall, I’m happy with the experience. What sold me was my conversation with John Delgardo—he was super cool, honest, and straightforward. No pushy sales tactics, just clear information. That was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies that try to pressure you into signing immediately. I liked working with him so much that I had him quote my rental property too.

Once the contract was signed, the process went smoothly, and the company kept me informed every step of the way. It did take about five months from start to finish, but the installation itself was fast. My wife and I love our new windows and doors—we’ve already noticed how much quieter and more energy-efficient our home feels.

Now, for the reasons I can’t give a full five stars:

The install crew didn’t speak any English, which made communication difficult when questions or issues came up.
The three-day install stretched longer due to late arrivals, including a few days where they started around 4:30 PM and worked late into the evening.
One of the workers did a rough job on the stucco repair, making it harder for the finishing crew to fix.
Despite these hiccups, I’d still choose SafeGuard again. The product is solid, and they handled everything professionally. Next time, I’ll just make sure to discuss these concerns before we start.

I decided to do windows and roof with Safeguard and everything went just as Miles told me during the sales process. Since the estimate until the installation was complete, it was a smooth process. Communication was frequent, the office staff kept me informed of every step of the process. The Installers were very profesional with attention to details. I want to thank Miles for the great communication at all times and Juan the installer did a great job too.
I will definitely recommend Safeguard to anyone who wants a stress free process.

Pedro and Fernando did a great job installing my new front door they were very efficient and made sure everything afterwards was cleaned up also Daniel stopped by afterwards to check the completed project to make sure the door and all their work was completed to my satisfaction

I am very happy with the job that safeguard has done replacing all my sliding doors and windows. The workers were very meticulous from start to finish and they were very professional. Overall my experience with SafeGuard Windows was positive but communication needs to be improved and centralized. Project status during order placement, delivery and obtaining permits was often over simplified (no details) or conflicting. Construction was fast, professional and very clean. However, communication there also needs to be improved so that the customer is informed of changes in work schedule or crew size before they happen. The saving grace was Jeannine Haley, the “Operational Liaison” who stepped in and quickly resolved the problem whenever needed. She knows all the steps of the process, and is always willing to do whatever it takes to get your project back on track. She is personable, professional and genuinely places customer service and satisfaction as her top priority. Safeguard is making changes in staffing and processes that will improve communication and customer satisfaction and I highly recommend them.

Alejandro the installer did a great job in a timely matter. He was very organized and clean. Daniel the project manager was professional and informative. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I'm very happy with my new windows and doors. I highly recommend this company
