I cannot believe how easy it was to get my home reroofed. I was considering doing it on my own, but I am so happy that I decided to do a little bit of research on companies here in Tampa. Went to the BBB website and found Heaven Sent Construction. A+ rating. The name of the company speaks for itself, definitely Heaven Sent. We were worried before getting our roof done considering how expensive they are and about how long it would take to get it done. (We have a neighbor with an exposed roof for months from some other company) We asked for a quote and Francisco was very responsive, came out to give us a quote and to see exactly what we needed. He sent us over a quote and had his team over in the same week! The guys finished our roof in ONE DAY!!! My wife and I cannot be more happy with how professional and how fast everything was accomplished. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Heaven Sent. I will definitely be using them for any of our future needs. Thank you guys for your work and expertise!

We recently needed our roof replaced. After several quotes we had the good fortune of a recommendation to call Heaven Sent Construction. We were offered very competitive pricing and that was only overshadowed by the TOP of the line work that this company provided.

I engaged Heaven Sent to replace two roofs on a pair of investment properties . They were very competitive and most importantly transparent and honest in the quote , advising of any unforeseen factors that may increase price. In terms of execution Francisco and Team were on point in terms of providing updates. The quality of the work was exceptional as evidenced by the building inspections passing first time and the whole process was super smooth.

In summary there is a reason why Heaven Sent have 5 star reviews and that was evident for me with the manner in which the job was conducted. I would definitely use and recommend Heaven Sent .

They did a great job on a major garage renovation and driveway repair. They were responsive and stayed on schedule.

I have referred Onsite Construction to many of my clients over the years. Always seem to be on point with any small or large project. I’ve also personally used them at my home for small and large projects, very reliable, great end result and finished work product!

The worst company to work with. Unprofessional, non-responsive, unwilling to work, incompetent and rude staff. They promise to deliver best of the service but it ended up as an up repaired patio for last one year requiring two revisions from the county.

Now asking to pay extra on the quoted price because the contract is old, have not moved a stone so far or talk to our attorney.

Attorney called and said either take money back or sign a new contract. Of course, we do not have experience on how to deal
with county or attorneys. Definitely they are not ‘On-Site’.

Please do NOT hire them EVER.

Jason and his team were professional, reasonably priced, responsive and did a great job on my project. I would definitely recommend Onsite Construction!
