Onsite Construction takes a lot of pride in the work they do and I would 100% recommend them for any project you need completed. They are priced competitively, work with phenomenal vendors, maintain an open line of communication, etc.When a mistake is made they will find a solution immediately and put in the necessary work to make it right.

Working with Justin and Stephen was a pleasure; they both went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with the work done. Communication was VERY good. Every Sunday, we would get our schedule for the next week and if anything changed they made sure to let us know.

In terms of design, Justin made sure to send us renderings prior to moving forward with any purchasing. He would always notify us if there was a price differential and kept us on budget. Even when I made very last minute changes to tiling/cabinetry choices, he went with the flow and was very accommodating.

Stephen went above and beyond to ensure that the work site was kept clean and organized. He was gracious enough to even have his team member install a fan. Although he is newer to the organization and joined my project half way through, he did everything he could to ensure it all went smoothly.

I did not get to work with this company, but I would happily recommend them. I submitted a request for an estimate online and Jason responded to me right away. I sent a few pictures with the home damage we needed to repair. Jason was unbelievably patient with my questions and was very honest with his feedback. He told me my job was too small for his company, but told me what I needed to look for and gave me a rough estimate of what the repairs should cost. I had spent weeks speaking with various companies, all who were eager to tear up our house and overcharge. Jason was 100% right. I followed his suggestions, found a good company and we got our repairs done within a week (for close to the price he estimated). Jason helped us free of charge. I truly appreciate it.

When the time comes for us to have larger home projects, I will definitely call this company first.

Jason, Jill and their team at Onsite Construction & Restoration did a great job helping me resolve a permit violation on a driveway project in the City of Tampa. They were very responsive and stayed on top of all communications with the city department. They got a new site plan done with their architect and the paver team made the necessary repairs to the driveway to pass all city inspections and remove the code violation. I would highly recommend them for small or much larger renovation jobs. If I ever have a remodel project at another house in the area, Jason and his team will be my first call !

Jason and his team did a good job for us putting our garage back together from damage inflicted by Hurricane Helene. Big shout out to Jill who managed the complicated permit process and always kept us informed of progress and Chuy who worked long hours on the restoration.

I hired Onsite Construction and Restoration to restore my home and garage from fire damage in June 2022. Prior to this incident I never had done any home improvement/ construction project, so I was pretty clueless about the whole process. Jason helped me understand the process and the complications and possible delays around permitting. When we started this project, I was very worried and anxious about unexpected costs, big unknowns. Talking to Jason helped me out a lot as he would come up with creative solutions that would be within budget and would not impact the quality. Jason managed this project personally and from the beginning of the project, we were communicating on daily basis and talked about what's coming up next and how to prepare for the next. His entire team is very professional and respect client's time and sentiments. This review will not be complete without giving a shout out to Jill. She has been the magical glue that brings everyone together. She maintained a running lists and followed up with vendors diligently. To sum it up, it was a great experience to work with this team. I highly value professionalism, integrity and transparency, and this company has it all. I moved back to my home on the planned date and am a happy customer!

Right from the start, Jason was so helpful in assuring me that they would get our job done by Xmas, on a super short timeline, when these services were/are in such high demand in Tampa Bay. From then, we mostly dealt with Amy, who was amazing - text, call, email, always with a quick and helpful response. The crew involved various people but they were ALL so nice and professional. They worked so hard and late to get everything done and get it done well. They were totally professional, making sure everything was done right and cleaned up and complete. We really appreciated their diligence. They had an incredible work ethic and were very committed to the work. They made sure we were happy and everything was done to a high standard. A few days later, Jason emailed to make sure we were completely satisfied. We found some outstanding minor work that needed fixing and without hesitation, they were on top of it, taking care of it immediately and doing a nice job!

After our home was devastated by Hurricane Helene, I hired Onsite Construction and Restoration to totally rebuild my home from the ground up. I had used Onsite previously in another home after fire damage and had a great experience so I hired them again. From total rewiring, to plumbing, drywall replacement, and a new open kitchen design buildout, Jason and his team did an excellent job for us. We are so happy with the end result to our project. Everything looks great and the work looks so professionally done. If you’re considering a rebuild or update to your home, give Onsite your business. You won’t be disappointed.

We were extremely impressed with the level of communication from Jason, the owner, and Amy in his office. Their responsiveness to any questions we had was truly impressive. This is how customer service should be provided! They were very attentive to our needs and worked diligently to make sure all our questions were answered in a very timely manner. Unfortunately, we were not able to move forward with the build of our new addition and renovation project because of personal reasons. We are very confident that had we elected to move forward with Onsite Construction we were going to be very satisfied with the not only the end product, but the entire build/remodel process from start to finish. My wife and I decided that we needed to improve on our 1950's cinder block garage. I knew that this would not be the standard improvement project of remodeling the current interior of the garage. It would take a person or company that just wasn't your everyday handyman. I'm a retired GC having spent over 50 years in building custom homes.

As you can see the garage itself was unfinished cinder block walls with piping and exposed electrical wires that surrounded the garage. The ceiling was the underside of the rafters of the hip roof. It would take some creative framing to create the new ceiling and be able to build some soffits to hide all of the electrical wiring and plumbing pipes. The electrical box stood proud of the cinder block wall and the HW heater piping needed to be covered up.

Not knowing any builders in the Tampa area, I started looking online for a builder. I came upon many companies that said that did remodels in garages but merely they were just offering finish cabinetry to install. I came upon Onsite Construction which piqued my interest. They had multiple good reviews which is very important. Most of them very positive. Giving them a call Jason returned the call, and we set up an appointment to meet. That was off to a good start as today getting someone to call back is the hardest part it seems.

We met on sight, and he got the picture of what was needed to do the project and put together the estimate. After adding some additional items, we settled on price. He broke out the contract on the different aspects of the job and made it easy to understand. Just not doing a lump sum as contractors like to do. You never really know what's included and what's not. He also has all of the needed insurances and licenses.

Next step he assembled all of the needed sub-contractors that would be working on the job, and we had a good job meeting with myself included. Eddy was introduced as the Project manager and who I would be communicating with. Eddy turned out to be very easy to work with and had a good sense of detail on how to frame certain soffits and the ceiling area including trim at the end. He communicated either by face time or phone calls. That was important as I was in Colorado for the summer and not going to be onsite.

Our only hiccup with the project was the length that we had determined that the project would need to be completed. The initial deadline was missed. In the end Jason came through and put the needed manpower on the project at the end to get it done.

The garage certainly turned out like I had anticipated and certainly is a first-class garage now that we can enjoy. pulling our cars into and or doing other work. I will be taking the time to add cabinetry and other touches in the garage that will only enhance the garage more.

Being out of state and trusting a contractor is certainly a big plus. Communication is very important with any job and Eddy did a great job. If I have any further projects, I will certainly contact Jason with Onsite Construction.

Onsite Construction did an outstanding job with our home remodel! Our goal was to add an office room in our loft and a shower by reconfiguring some unused laundry room space. Onsite construction brought that vision to life flawlessly. The workmanship was top-notch throughout.

They also helped build out feature walls in our living room and stairwell based on our design ideas, and those have been a huge hit—everyone who visits our home compliments them.
