I worked with Alyssa on my project. She was very responsive, courteous and professional. Project was completed on time and she was there anytime I had any questions or concerns! Excellent follow thru! I would use them again for any future projects that I may have! Thank you!!!!

This is not spam, I called and set up a onsite consultation in Tampa for a commercial renovation Justin met my husband and father in law there and said he would have us a quote in a week after countless attempts to reach him by text email and phone he became non responsive after telling us he was waiting on his hvac guy. He continued to not respond it’s been a week since we heard from him. The no response is extremely unprofessional especially when we’re waiting on a quote and want to get work started

Before I explain what my experience was like with On-site Construction I would like to point out that I'm not a difficult person but I will speak up if something isn't right. As we know based on previous conversations I've been unhappy with work done by some of the other companies throughout this restoration process. I'm usually a firm believer that nothing is perfect and I have already voiced my opinion about services my family received from the other 2 companies that worked on our clothes, shoes, linen, and our furniture.

I just wanted to give you some feedback about the services we received from Jason and his crew at On-site Construction. Jason Fausette is the most honest and caring person that I had to deal with in a long time. When I first met Jason to get a quote on the restoration from fire damage he asked me to envision what my house would look like if he could use the space to re-build my dream house. I chuckled inside because I was prepared to be taken down a path of bottomless promises. I told Jason that we didn't have enough money to create my dream home but he insisted that he would come as close as possible to giving me what I wanted. Jason never made promises but he assured me that he would find a way to give me a home that I would love. He accomplished that task better than I could have ever imagined. Jason kept us updated every step of the way and he contacted me with updates before I contacted him. He was in tuned with our needs and expectations as his customers and I really appreciated his professionalism. It got to a point that I stopped worrying about the re-building process. I really felt that I was in good hands when my picky little 10 year old son asked to meet Jason one day because he loved what was done to his bedroom.

The onsite-crew is team of professionals and they were a simple pleasure to work with. They answered all my questions and they went above and beyond to satisfy the needs of our family. Every worker had their specialty and they worked simultaneously to accomplish their portion of our rebuild and remodel.

We moved back home last week and I love to come home because there is not one flaw in the work that was done (tile, drywall, cabinets, fixtures, carpeting, moved gas lines, re-wiring, lighting, air conditioning). I do not have anything negative to say about the work ethic and integrity of the Jason and the Onsite Construction Crew.

I know that you don’t like to recommend any single company but I would be honored to speak up for Jason and his crew. Please contact us if you ever need an outside opinion for any of your future customers.

I am the kind of person who researches before buying or hiring. I am writing this review because On-Site Construction had a 5 star rating and I need to give them 1 star (less if I could).
If you like a company that sets a time to be at your home to work, shows up unprepared, unequipped or a no show and no call, then On-Site Construction is for you.
If you like paying thousands of dollars above the estimate to cover mistakes that the company made, On-Site Construction is for you.
If you like to work with, be threatened by snarky personnel, then On-Site Construction is for you.
If you enjoy a convoluted, inaccurate accounting system, then On-Site Construction is for you.
Finally, if you like to pay tens of thousands of dollars, wait 6+ months and not get what you wanted or planned on, then On-Site Construction is for you.
Personally, I will NEVER use them, recommend or forgive the lies, time and money lost.
On-Site is a small minded company with a small crew and many un-screened SUB-contractors.

OnSite Construction is Amazing! They were willing to take over a job botched and abandoned by another contractor. Not many contractors have enough confidence in their own work to take over someone else's work ... and then get it right. Project Manager Scott Kessler is particularly talented at creative troubleshooting.

Onsite Construction has done many of our commercial projects. They have a great team and true professionals. they listen to you and try and work together in the best possible way. Communication is the best. We highly recommend this company and their team .

I used onsite to turn a living room into a flex room and to also install an external door and screen door. I worked with Jason and his team. He gave me a detailed estimate and timeline in which he was able to meet. He and the team were professional and ensured the job was completed to my liking. I’m happy with the final product and would definitely use them again.

Onsite Construction has performed two major additions to my home in South Tampa. I used them because Onsite was the #1 recommendation from my architect. If I need a 3rd addition or remodel I will be calling them again.

Most importantly, the owner has a bottom line philosophy of customer satisfaction with the final result.

Secondly, they are flexible, imaginative and responsive to your needs.

Thirdly, he stands behind his workmanship and will promptly handle any possible problems arising from his workmanship, even after the project is finished.

I expect Onsite construction will exceed your original vision for the planned project and offer my highest recommendation.

We used on-site to complete a fairly complicated project on our 1920s south tampa home. The house did not have a master bathroom/closet, it did however have a sun room attached to the master bedroom. The project would involve moving the access to the sunroom, demoing down to the studs, removing two large windows, creating a new opaque window, walk in shower, separate toilet room, walk in closet. The room would need new plumbing, electrical and waste.

Anyone who has owned one of these old tampa homes knows these type of projects almost never go well. However, on site did a wonderful job of completing the job on budget and without any major issues. We could not be happier with the finished product. The quality of their work was fantastic and they were able to come up with some creative solutions to a few minor things that popped up along the way.

Scott did a great job of managing the project, and chuey was an absolute joy to have in our home. The project did take a bit longer than we were quoted, but we sort of expected that when we started.

Would use again and would recommend to friends/family.

I needed to update an old wood frame house with A/C, windows, electrical, driveway and walkway. I initially spoke with the owner Jason and he helped lay out the project and gave me a quote. His crew did a great job with all the work they did. Chuy is a great guy and gets things done right while making sure everything is how you want it. I also worked directly with Scott (I think he is a manager, not sure of title) who made the experience even better. He was very quick to address any issues and would sometimes come out to do the work himself if his crew gets held up somewhere else. After my initial project with them I needed some follow up work and had them come out again for some countertops, painting, general carpentry, etc. Once again they did a great job on my house!

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The staff really helped me get done the projects I needed to finish and really brightened my day with their positive attitudes and hard work! One worker in particular really stood out, I believe her name was Madison, she was one of the sweetest workers I have met and she reminded me of my daughter. Overall an amazing experience with this company and I would hire again!

I’m very happy with Jason and his team with the build out of my studio. This was my first commercial project so I had a number of concerns going in to it. The Onsite Construction team exercised patience, collaboration, and professionalism throughout the project. I used Onsite Construction to remodel my bathrooms. The company was recommended to me as being very professional with high end results and they are indeed! The fact that they pulled city permit at the beginning of their project gave me the confidence that they don’t cut corners. I called Onsite to get an estimate to add a room to my home. (I have changed my mind about the addition and plan on buying an acre or two to enjoy county living). Everyone from the first person I spoke with in the phone till the very end, were knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. I had the pleasure to speaking with Justin, he was very knowledgeable, promptly came to the house to measure and discuss the ideas I had, and within 3 days I had an estimate. We hired On-Site to remodel our kitchen/dining room area which included removing a wall and bringing this area up to our wants and request. Their overall performance was outstanding. Minimal issues that were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. I worked with Scott and Drew as Project Managers. They were easy to work with and insured the contractors performed to our expectations. They minimized scope creep and verified any changes through me before moving forward.
I would strongly recommend them for any remodeling jobs.

We used Onsite Construction for a major remodeling project. They were the 3rd contractor on this major project and I was very happy with their work. Communication was good, Jason the owner, was very responsive to questions and inquiries. Any issues that came up were quickly addressed. The workmanship was good and they were detailed and took pride in the job. I would recommend this company to friends and neighbors needing work to be done.

I have had the opportunity to work with Jason (the owner) and one of his project managers on a couple jobs. Jason is very honest, reliable, creative, and communicates well with the client. I love the fact that everything can be done in house and all of his guys actually work for him.

I also found On Site to be reasonable and fair with their pricing - there are no hidden costs - everything is discussed up front at the beginning. As a designer, this is very important because I’m working with my client’s budget.
