Willie and Leroy did a panel exchange and the job was done quickly, they cleaned up the job site afterwards and we're professional in all ways. They were very considerate to us (age 90 and 87) not being without electricity for a long time. Very polite, would definitely use your company again thanks to those two gentlemen.

Sheppard Electric installed a Generac whole house backup generator at my home. They did a very professional job completing this project despite having to coordinate their work with the City of Tampa (Permitting) and Teco / Peoples Gas (Natural Gas Line) during the Covid Pandemic... Jimmy and his electricians and staff were a pleasure to deal with despite delays which were out of their control. I highly recommend them for any of your electrical needs!!!

Sheppard Electrical was extremely proficient and professional and handled our repair in a timely manner, which is saying a lot given that the repair was done in the middle of a pandemic when most people were working from home and required documents such as permits, etc. weren't so easily obtainable. I would strongly recommend Sheppard Electrical and I will definitely contact them should any need arise in the future.

Due to the Florida Home Owner's Insurance Crisis, we had to get another Home Owner's Insurance Policy, which required another 4 Point Inspection. We needed a Double Tap Repair. I called Sheppard Electrical Services. Within 2 Days, the Repair was Completed and We passed our Inspection. The Technician was Professional, Prompt, and Prepared.

I used Sheppard for a repair at a commercial property where my company was doing work and we accidentally cored through an electrical line to an exterior light fixture. I guess it’s all about the money, I took damage from Hurricane Milton, Fema is requiring an inspection and report to accompany my appeal, I am disabled, and a building contractor came out, spent 2 hours, going through my home, and gave me a very detailed report, which I was able to upload to Fema, but I needed the same from an electrical contractor, the building contractor performed this service at NO COST, where as SHEPPARD ELECTRIC, is requiring a full fee, pretty sad if you ask me, a large company, been around for years, yet can’t help out lifetime disabled folks when it counts. That’s what matters, I’ll be sure to let everyone know

Sheppard electric sent out Leroy to replace 2 light fixtures, he was supposed to be here between 10-11. He showed up early and came ready to work. He installed both lights in just over an hour and also installed a light switch that was not working correctly. He knew what he was doing, you could tell that he was very competent, he worked efficiently and fast. We are very pleased, can you believe it, an installer showed up early!!
