Onyx Electric is a Great company!! I was extremely please with the work/service that Dan and Hector did at my home this past week. They are both very professional, knowledgeable and competent! They removed old wiring on the outside of my home, improving the appearance dramatically, and installed new wiring for a phone line. Beyond pleased with the work completed today by Wade and Cody. Wade came out and quoted the work a few weeks ago and delivered on the work needed. During the quote, he provided a no pressure approach which is honestly why we went with him and Onyx. We had two carriage lights installed on each side of the garage which needed to be tied into the existing porch lights as well as hard wire for our future Ring camera/flood lights. Thank you and you've earned my future business!

I’m not certain if this individual is the owner, but the driver was an extremely poor representation of the company and showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic decency. Over the course of roughly 10 miles on the interstate, he engaged in aggressive road rage behavior and made multiple verbal threats, including telling me he hoped I would “crash and die” and to “kill myself.” He also directed unnecessary insults toward me based solely on the car I drive.

I understand that people can have bad days, but this kind of behavior is entirely unacceptable—especially from someone representing a business. I attempted to contact the company by phone to report the incident, but was unable to reach anyone.

While this review does not reflect the company’s electrical work, it does reflect the character and professionalism of those representing it. Who you hire and how they conduct themselves matters.
