I had an excellent experience with Onyx electric. Tim is the technician that came out to the residence. I am a listing agent that had a few electrical issues pop up on a four-point and he was able to give an excellent quote and get everything fixed on the spot! Highly recommend!

I recently had your company come out to change out a breaker box and all the wiring and Connections along with it. The technician that showed up was on time and very polite. Raymond explained the job Thoroughly, While still getting the job done in a timely matter, he was very professional and polite. Raymond also cleaned up after the job was done and checked to make sure everything was working properly. I’m very pleased and I would highly recommend Raymond for any of your electrical needs.

Tim went above and beyond to remove an old outdoor fan and replace it with a new one. Very professional and personable.
He was honest with us, as the first replacement fan had a slight issue. He could have just installed it as it was with the possibility of it breaking soon after he left, but he was upfront and said we should get a different one. He then came back when the new version arrived and did the replacement.

Let me tell you, the week I had was one for the books. First time home owner here, and nothing but issues after issues. First plumbing and now electrical issues. I called Onyx and asked for a quote, and never even bothered calling anyone else. Fast, reliable, and great pricing. Rylan came out, explained the problem to us, showed us the issue, and fixed it right then and there. Would recommend to anyone!!

This company was really fast. I was able to schedule an appointment on the same day that I called. Then the quality of the process to support the service call was extraordinarily high, particularly so as compared to what I generally experience here in St. Petersburg, Florida. Both phone calls and texts to notify me of timing and when the technician would be here.

Matthew was the electrician assigned to our job. He was here right on time. Further, I had a little bit of a peeve in terms of what I had asked for but he adroitly handled my concerns and met the need that I had stated when I called to schedule the appointment. Well done!

The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I’m sitting here with my new ceiling fan enjoying being able get back to work. I know that I will call Onyx next time I have an electrical need.

Working with Onyx Electric was a great experience. Matthew came down and provided the estimate and answered all of my questions, we were on the fence of whether to get the level 2 charger wired directly or have a 240v outlet. We went with the latter, in the event an improved charger came out or if we decided to go with a different EV vehicle. Robert and Cody did the installation. Both of them were great, the outlet and wall mount were installed as requested and left no mess. If you’re looking to get a Level 2 charger installed for your home, I’d highly recommend Onyx Electric.

This was an absolutely outstanding experience from beginning to end. Five stars not enough. Personnel of the highest quality.

Unfortunately we had to place an emergency call due to our panel failing with no warning causing all the lights in our house to start flashing after the power company performed upgrades in our area. Rylan was here within an hour at 10pm. Rylan was knowledgeable and had answers for us within 45 minutes of arrival. They were able to come back out the following morning to do a full panel replacement and also add a direct plug in for our generator. Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely be calling again for any electrical needs. Thanks again!

From scheduling through completion of requested repairs could not be more satisfied. Very professional as well as personable. Wade and Sam were great - on time, thorough, informative. Marina was my first contact with the company and she had the job scheduled very quickly. Although not the lowest prices, they are very reasonable. Cheapest is not always best. Feel very satisfied with the quality of the work as well as the warranty. Also, the text confirmations and notifications were very helpful.
