Duncan Electrical Service's team came out to my place exactly on time - and finished early! They installed ceiling lights that work and look great. Professional, polite and frankly these guys were like Ninjas! They left no trace of their work behind and did an awesome job.

Contacted Duncan Electrical Service to install new lighting fixtures in my mothers condo. The electrician that did the call was very friendly and put my mother at ease. There was a follow up visits to install more dimmer switches. It was an awesome experience. Thank you for my new fixture and all my now working light switches! Am a customer for life.

I will never use another electrician again! Ken arrived and he was instantly received well. He was so comfortable and polite to deal with. His professionalism left us feeling secure that we were in good hands. Such a stand up guy. By the time he left he had been considered part of our family. We will use Duncan Electrical Service again because of chad. Ken talked very highly about his employer and how happy he was and that is all the reason to be happy with our choice.

I called Ketrow Electric for an issue after a water heater install. I couldn't have asked for a more conscientious and professional individual than Steve. He was prompt, efficient and fair. I would not hesitate to call him again in the future if needed. No personal or professional affiliation just a satisfied customer.

Outlet wasn't working and they found the problem quick when I couldn't. They fixed an issue with my doorbell wiring which my security company has been dealing with for months. They found the problem very quickly. They also helped me with some low voltage lights because it is a little different than regular electricity and I could not figure it out. Steve the owner stopped by and got it working.

Ketrow rewired my entire 100 year old house in Historic Uptown in St. Pete, Florida. Steve and his team worked hard, fast, did a great job and were priced right. I completely remodeled this historic home and Ketrow was not only my best contractors, they were a joy to work with. Price was under other electricians that provided estimates.

Steve was amazingly helpful! Ketrow Electric staff is not only knowledgeable but very honest as well. They could have charged me money but instead they helped me solve my issue without charging me over the phone. It was like a Christmas Miracle dealing with such nice and honest people! I highly recommend their services. 5 stars!!

I am very happy about his work. I will make another arrangement to install NEMA 14-50 or upgrade my panel as soon as I decide to purchase Tesla Model 3.

Steve squeezed my wife and I in despite being backed up just because he had other clients in the area. We just moved to a new house and we finally got our washer and dryer 21 days later, and the minute we started using our dryer it just stopped working. We checked the plugs and it was an electrical issue. We called so many electricians and everyone was unwilling to help and was booked up for 3 weeks. Steve helped out and fixed the wiring issue and was very efficient. He even tightened the other wires. Great experience and will definitely use in future.

Steve did a great job right from the beginning. Responding to my online request. Coming out to evaluate and provide quotes for upcoming house projects. Very informative. He switched out my old electrical panel, and converting my main breakers from 125A to 200A. Also installed new breakers to replace the old ones and a whole house surge protector. Completed the work in a timely manner, making sure it’s up to code. Reasonably priced for the product and install. Highly recommended for future projects and future customers.

We have used Ketrow Electric in the past and Steve was extremely helpful and tried to help me over the phone with an issue. I was unable to correct the issue and he came out in a couple of day and fixed the problem quickly. We just used them for some ceiling fans and outside outlets. Steve was great and the gentleman that came out (Gary) was great. He knew what he was doing and saved us time and money with project. I would recommend Ketrow Electric to anyone that is not comfortable with some home projects.

Steve did a great job for us. He had already worked a LONG day and still showed up at 8:30PM to fix our issue because we were worried about a possible fire. He was great, professionial and didn't leave us hanging after so many of us were affected by the storms, including him!
