Made an appointment and electrician never showed. I called and was told the electrician was working on a commercial property.

Great experience it was. Owen addressed each issue with a resolution and completed the job while he was here. Did not have to return on another day. Would highly recommend.

Made an appointment for them to come by in a 3 hour window. Paid the deposit/fee, took the day off work, only for them to tell me I wasn’t scheduled despite me having a confirmation email. They offered to come out another day, which would require me to take another day off, not planning on working with them.

These guys were so disorganized, scheduled me for a time range but never showed up despite me calling and following up only for them to show up. I had no power for they whole day waiting on them and my neighbor as well. They were very unreliable and didn't seem to care about my situation or the fact that I was counting on them for a whole day. No communication and planning at all

The electrician was professional and friendly. He explained the problem, provided a quote, and then had it fixed in less than an hour. I would recommend him for other projects as well.

These guys were simply amazing. They responded quickly, diagnosed our issue quickly, and were very professional in their approach. They finished the project and finished an additional one for us a few days later, both times arriving perfectly on time. Highly recommended!!

Had an appointment set for 8-10 today and nobody showed up, so I called them at 12:30 and they said they’d have a supervisor call me in 10 minutes.... never got that call and we had a issue that needed an electrician fairly quick. Definitely find someone else, if they cant honor your appointment or even have the courtesy to call you back then spend your money elsewhere!!!

My parents needed work done at their house after we lost power. Apex Electrical LLC came out right away and were very knowledgeable on how to repair the issue. The power is now back on and we will definitely be calling them again for future work.

Needed expert and electrical services for my kitchen. I wanted interior and under-cabinet lights installed. The electrician came out and was very knowledgeable to advise me on what type of lights I should install. It was done all in one day. Kitchen now has these puck-lights under and these little lights inside that shine very beautiful.

Apex Electrical was a sub-contractor on a renovation that I did at my strata, so they already came with a professional recommendation from the contractor. The electrical work during the renovation went very well, including the correction of some unseen problems by the contractor. I have subsequently hired Apex Electrical to continue upgrading the electrical system in my strata. They are great to work with.

Marcos was the first electrician called in to quote my job. It consisted of re-wiring my entire house during my full home renovation. His price was more than fair and I instantly hired him to take on the job. He did an amazing work. Marcos even took the time to make some recommendations to bring my home up to code should I decide to do so in the future. I will highly recommend them every chance I get.

Sad to say I had the same experience as a previous reviewer. I contacted the business and they sold me an annual subscription package that would save money and supposedly give me priority in queue for an electrical problem that popped up in my house. We set an appointment for that afternoon. They missed it. No phone call. I called and we set an appointment for two days later. They missed it. No phone call. When I called to see what happened they said they would have their scheduler call me back to set a new time. No phone call. I called back again the following day, and we set a third appointment. They missed it. No phone call. I had to contact the company who sponsored the annual subscription package and ask for a full refund. They gave me the refund and canceled my job with Apex. I understand being busy and I understand having other jobs that keep you longer than expected. But don't schedule an appointment you have no idea if you can keep. If you schedule it, show up. If some circumstance arises and you can't, call. It's really very simple. Or at least it should be.

Marcos and his assistant did an excellent job in our town home with ceiling fan install in secondary bedrooms and the replacement of a half dozen flush mount lights to seamless, recessed cans. On top of their rates being fair, they were right on time to begin, efficient and extremely polite. We will absolutely use their services again, and would recommend them to others!

Marco the electrician that visited my house, and the super nice customer service representative I spoke to in order to create the appointment, were both super great. He was an absolute delight to speak to! Erich was able to put electrical outlets in a room that didn’t have any power in it previously. Now I have a new office! ! Now I have Apex Electrical LLC scheduled to come back to replace ceiling fans, hang new TV’s, and more. Thanks guys!!

Marcos did an amazing job. He helped figure out what was wrong quickly and fixed the problem. The value of the service was great and you don't feel like they're getting one over on you. I enjoyed getting information on my electrician before service so that I knew who to expect. Would highly recommend Apex Electrical LLC company.

The way a company treats its people determines the loyalty of its people. This contractor obviously values its electricians. I heard the techs are well paid and they’re also trained regularly. I once hired them to replace several broken outlets, and they did it with full dedication. They try their best to resolve every electrical problem encountered by customers. That’s something you don’t easily get from other companies.

The team of electricians at Edison are awesome. When we use them, they don't have to spend much time trouble-shooting and generally know exactly the issue is. I refer them to friends who are looking for an electrician because I know they will be treated fairly and professionally.

Until we found them, I had all but given up on finding a legitimate electrician since everyone we used when we moved to Tampa was not the greatest. Two thumbs up for Edison.
