You see all the bad reviews its because of how they communicate. Front desk are extremely rude and unprofessional. Would waste your time speaking with these people all they will do is treat you like your a bother to them.

Tried to contract them for work but the lady was so unbelievably rude just getting my information I told her to forget it.

Not trustworthy, owner sold a used RZR and their mechanic just tried to mask the problems. A poor sign of how they do business and treat people.

Very Rude Receptionist! For A Company That Calls Themselves Christian I Find It Hard To Believe That Anyone Gets Good Service! I Didn't Make An Appointment Becuase She Was So Rude!

Just ask anyone who’s worked there who Larry is. Or how the office staff is. Or just look through here ain’t nobody lying. The writing is litterly on the wall. I would en be suprised if this place sees its last year in biz in 2025 ya can’t do that to people in 2024 man everyone’s got cameras.

Had a power situation that knocked out the power to half the building today (4/9/2021). Called Duke Energy and they said their equipment is fine. Called All Phase, as they were the initial installers if the equipment we had in the building. The manager was on the phone was super nice and helpful. He had his guys onsite within an hour after calling. This was super important being a government building. Once onsite the guys got right to work to figure out what was going on. After a short time they had the power back on and everything back on line. Highly recommended for your emergency needs.

We work closely with All Phase Electric & Maintenance on a regular basis by supporting their internal IT infrastructure. They are always professional and great to work with. The staff is kind and responsive and make it easy to get things accomplished.
I would highly recommend using them for any electrical services knowing that you will be in capable, kind and efficient hands.

They claim to be a Christian company but certainly don’t treat people fairly! Everyone from the front desk to higher ups have a nasty attitude and are very disrespectful. They also try to steal employee wages.
