Ultimately did not do business with them because they no longer work in an entire condo where a unit I manage is. They said it’s because “two people in the past year refused to pay”. I asked why, since people don’t refuse to pay for no reason, and was informed that it’s because they start billing at $140 an hour for their drive time to the property. I do property management and have worked with dozens of contractors and never had a policy like this. It makes it so they have no incentive to schedule jobs intelligently since drive time is paid for. Most of my contractors organize jobs throughout the week based on location. With their policy you could live in St Pete and if they have a job in Clearwater before you be hit with an additional minimum $70 charge if there’s no traffic. It’s also odd to tell a customer that other customers refused to pay.

I have a bad stomach condition and when I asked to reschedule for the next day with them, the lady I spoke to laughed at me when I told her about my stomach condition.. this is a company no one should work for.

Apex Commercial Electrical technician came for an electrical job in my bathroom and lights replacement in the entire house. He also added some new outlets and light switches. Everything was properly installed and thoroughly tested.I was very impressed and would definitely use them for all of my electrical work.

Installed Generac generator (a BIG, EXPENSIVE job). A few of the workers were really good, but one guy was always in a big hurry. No one took time to show me ANYTHING! It was 'Get in, get the hell out as fast as you can'. I don't know if it's management or the employees, but I would NOT use them again. One guy peeled off a piece of plastic covering an emblem... I thought, ok, detail matters...until I found the plastic in my lawn close to the driveway. He just dropped it on my lawn. I took that as a nasty snub and it really crushed the somewhat positive opinion I had of that person. I got the well- learned opinion this company really did NOT have much experience in installing generators and that they don't give two hoots about customer satisfaction. They did respond to my inquiries but it really seems to be their philosophy to take the money and run seeking no customer loyalty.... well they don't have mine. And I'm a CAPITALIST!!! I will not call them for generator maintenence or ANY other electrical need unless it's related to issues of the operation of the generator they installed. Competent- probably..., good people- doubtful.
