Charging $120 to put in new outlet which took less than a minute to switch out and which was not the cause of breaker switch tripping. Forgot to bring outlet cover when putting in new outlet. Came back for 3rd time, changed breaker switch and charged another $60.

Full disclosure: I am a renter. I did not choose this company nor was I responsible for paying them. But I would in a heartbeat if I needed to. They came promptly, and recognized the severity of the problem (we had extensive water damage to our breaker box due to a roof leak), and got to work on it right away. Despite the impending tropical storm, and experiencing delays because the roof started leaking water, causing a potentially dangerous situation, the master electrician kept at it, and had our power restored! He was friendly, polite and very skilled. 5 stars.

A&H installed my NEMA 14-50 for my Tesla Model 3. Excellent work, no issues with it. They were also one of the most competitive price wise. Highly recommended.

If you want a timely repair you may want to look else where. I did not hire this company but the seller of a home I am trying to buy did. Needless to say they have now delayed our closing at least 3 times because they didn't show up for 2 weeks. When they did show up a 3 day job turned into another week and they still are not done. I was told on Thursday they would not leave until the job was done but they didn't finish and then didn't show up Friday to finish. Three weeks later we are still waiting for them to do the job. If it were me I would have hired a new company after the first no show. Take my advice and find a more competent company that will follow thru with their work

I had a number of smaller items that needed taking care of and contacted them via email. They were responsive and polite. After scheduling the work, they showed up on time and the two guys were polite, professional and thorough. They explained things and were respectful of my time and money. The cost ended up being lower than the estimate! How often does that happen? I would strongly recommend them!

Great company, great employees. I did a complete overhaul of my homes systems. Jared did a great job is planning the work. Brett and his team were efficient, courteous, and respectful of our spaces. Definitely use this company for your smart home requirements.

Driver almost got into an accident with me off of Linebaugh because I guess he’s in a hurry 🤷🏼‍♀️ had my turn signal on and he tried to to not let me over than tried to cut me off

I used them a few times over the last few years and had no issues until I noticed that after each time they came out something else stopped working. When I inquired about this issue I was ignored and the management refused to acknowledge emails, phone calls etc and just stopped responding to me. Beware of questioning them

I have never been disrespectful to anyone in your company nor have I ever looked for free work as I am an independent business owner myself. What I was looking for was honesty and quality work. Never in the past few years have you told me that you were doing me any sort of favor. I have paid all of my service calls and was never aware I needed to BUY any item from you in order to use you as a service agent. Maybe that communication was forgotten.
As far as this event, I responded to the email that was sent to me assuming that your employees can handle things or get you the info if needed. I should not have to email you directly to receive the courtesy of a response. You are just now officially telling me you are “firing me”. No one responded to my last email where I actually inquired about the cost of moving forward and likely would have continued

Jaret Nichols came to my house on a Saturday to work on my Control4 system. He is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Jaret had me up and running in no time and even tweaked my system allowing it to run more efficiently. I am very pleased with the service I received, his prices are fair and I have no doubts about calling him again should the need arise.

Jeff and Joe showed up right on time to install the surround sound speakers in my media room. They were courteous and careful. The speaker installation was perfect. One of my favorite companies we have ever hired! After going through no less than 5 other av companies, I was skeptical. Hive had installed $14k worth of boxes and wires that were essentially just that. (Don’t get sold by Hives fancy literature. They’ll sell you then leave you. Good luck) Near worthless. Jaret and his team were able to come in and explain what needed swapping out then outfitted us with a beautiful home theater. Nothing over the top, just what we were looking for.
Install is clean and professional and SIMPLE to use. The same team comes each visit instead of random people who don’t understand your system. Everything with them has been smooth and perfectly professional. We could not be happier!
