Gabby did a great job explaining all she did for us. I was confused about an offer from her company and she went out of her way to find out the answers for me. She explained all the warranties that her company offered and DIDNOT pressure me to purchased anything. Just gave a great explanation about what we are already have and what additional protections we could have.
She has great customer service abilities, which I really appreciated!

Do not use this company for air conditioning!! I am a senior citizen and I have called the company three times because I have Been without heat this winter. We actually had snow today in Pinellas County! My house has been around 40° for weeks! It has been warmer outside than my interior. This has been going on now now for weeks! The technician left today, knowing I had no heat. He had it on auxiliary emergency heat, and took me for a fool. I knew And told him, but he didn’t care. What kind of person and company would do that to a senior citizen in this cold weather!?! I may need a new unit replaced and they don’t want to pay for it because my trane unit is still under warranty. These people should be ashamed of themselves. This is terrible Customer Service and so unacceptable!! The only reason I called them the third time was because it’s under warranty. Unfortunately, they purchased the company Heavens Breeze that I originally did business with. I Do NOT recommend!

Had an issue with my outlet for my irrigation pump. Strada electric came out to see what was going on. The technician Al C, was able to figure out the problem, explain in detail what was needed, and get me up and running in no time. He is very knowledgeable and worked neatly as well. I’ve used StradA for a few years now and have to say that AL C whose based near me thankfully has usually and thankfully been my tech. AL Is truly amazing! He is a very competent problem solver and has done a great job fixing electrical issues in my home! He is also prompt, very professional and something I think is rare, really cares about his clients and takes the extra time to clean up after the work is done and moves everything back into place! Al with STRADA always leaves my place with things working correctly and so much better than when he arrived!
