On December 2021I decided to go solar after view different offers from many sellers. When I met with Mitch Winslow who represent Lunex Power Solar systems installers. Mitch was very informative, gave me the all required information and didn't force me to make a quick decision.
In Mid December I decided to go solar. In a three month period my solar system was fully working flawless. They provide me with enough panels in a way that I'm completely energy independent. It was offer to me different payment options which it wasn't offer to me with other installers. I'm satisfy with the service provided by Lunex Power.

Everyone I dealt with in the company was very helpful. All of the components were explained and every step of the process was covered. The installers were prompt and great and answered a few questions we had. The Enlighten Enphase phone app and website are very user friendly and quite fun to explore and track.
I would highly recommend Lunex to anyone interested in installing solar on their home. We opted not to do batteries since it was not such a good return on investment due to the limited lifespan of the batteries.

Guys showed up early, very professional and courteous. All were in Lunex Power shirts and spoke of the company as (My Company) which shows a fantastic team and company to work with. The guys took great care not to cause any damage to the house. The installation was very quick and looks fantastic. I even got the guys to pose for a picture for my association web page. Their salesman Diego came to my home this Saturday afternoon. He wanted to alert me to my power bill increase. I asked him how I could help him. He told me how TECO changed out my meters. I asked him what he wanted. He told me TECO was raising rates. I asked again what he wanted. He asked me how much my highest electric bill was. I told him to tell me what he wanted or I would close the door. He began to explain the cost of.....I said goodbye and closed the door. Never mentioned solar. Probably because he knew it would have been an even shorter conversation.

This company was amazing from start to finish. From calling them to talk to them about their prices and what areas they service. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and great to deal with. Easily scheduled the repair for the following week and price was great compared to the company that installed my solar. My techs name was Daniel and he was great. He texted me in the morning to let me know what time he would be there and he was there at exactly that time. From the time i scheduled it and him coming i had another issue with the panels and he went above and beyond to get my system back running 100 percent. I would highly recommend this company and Daniel as your tech. Will definitely be using for any future needs.

Adam and German did a great job installing my power wall 3 system. They made sure everything was updated and operating correctly after the installation.

I’ve wanted Solar for years and talked with a few companies over time. None measured up until I met with Nik Roman with Lunex Power. From that moment I knew it would work out wonderfully. From Nik to all at Lunex, the installers were terrific and Nicole so helpful and finally with Will Garcia setting up all the website connection and it went live. I am so excited to have a long and productive relationship with Lunex and their great people!

I can't imagine anybody that's recently purchased a home that hasn't heard from a solar salesman. I'm going to do my best to explain why I went with Lunex and the installation. I can't thank my salesman, Daniel Castel enough. He really went above and before for me. I started off the process around the 25th of October in 2023.

This starts mostly a permitting process. Hillsborough County and TECO have to approve things or do things along the way. This is actually the longest part of the installation.

About halfway through December everything was approved and 27 panels were installed as well as the transfer switch to provide power to TECO. The crew that installed the panels and electrician was awesome. They were done in a few hours. Since I've waited months to write this review I feel safe in saying that I have no leaks in my roof and that the installation was perfect.

Then we had to wait on TECO to install the proper meter to show the energy being sold back. I could use an app on my phone to see that my panels were already producing power. Lunex uses quality panels and it shows.

The last two months, my electric bill has been less than $22. The future buyer of this house gets to take advantage of this without the cost of the system. Everything went exactly as promised and this was truly painless.

Recently had a post storm check up by will from lunex to see how everything was. Very pleased with the service provided.

Lunex Power installed solar panels on my house a month ago. So far everything is working great. On install day they worked quickly and efficiently. There was a bit of a delay with the interconnection agreement with the energy company due to paperwork mishaps, but otherwise everything went very smoothly. I would recommend Lunex Power.

They did a great job. They gave me a good price, and the installation is almost complete. Looks great!

I did a lot of research prior to selecting Lunex. Overall it was a good process from sales through installation and activation. I have heard horror stories about installing solar that gave me a lot of resections, but choosing the right company made all the difference.

Pros: lots of communication, quick responses from my (final) sales rep, and the system is working as I would have expected.
Cons: my initial sales rep was flaky (missed our consultation appointment twice with no notice), made false promises and communication was lacking. I was told false information about my requirements to maintain insurance on my panels which I knew to question (thankfully). I also received multiple communications from a few different people around the same time which were confusing.

Overall I do recommend lunex. I have a working system that seems to be doing everything described to me during the sales process, and most people I interacted with were kind, responsive and helpful!

Great Company! Great Pricing. Great Service! Highly Recommend! Their sales team is not pushy at all. They listen and help you figure out what you want and then make it affordable. Their service team finished way ahead of schedule.
