We are super happy with Lunex Power as our complete solar contractor. Before going with Lunex, we had some sketchy experiences with other companies and had a bad feeling about the process. With Lunex, everything has been amazing and straightforward, with great prices, service, and no hassles or surprises. I would encourage anyone who is considering solar to work with Lunex.

I had researched 8 different companies including Lunex and without a doubt glad I choose them. From my sales rep Ryan S answering a lot of my questions and giving me great advise along the way, to financing options or outright buying the system he was fast responding and accurate information.
Once I signed the contract I was kept updated with emails from Sasha S & Nicole D on the drawings, permit status and approval, and setting up the install appointment and payments.
The date of install Brad, John C and Sherrod arrived when expected and confirmed the install checked attic access and went right to work, their truck was setup neatly and had everything they needed they were clean and very professional. Once they were almost done, Brad was able to do a video inspection with the code enforcement, and prior to finishing the job permit was approved, (I never saw that but think it's a really great idea Florida has). Compared to the solar system we had in NJ with a large national company, Lunex is by far the best, including seeing my neighbors system install by a different company and they were night and day. They photo and video everything they installed and did, so there is a good record of the work done.
I have to give a shout out to everyone that's involved with Lunex on their expertise, professionalism and knowledge on how to get things done fast and right. Now waiting on Duke, which the day of install all paperwork was done and submitted.
4/23 update: received my permission to operate and Wil contacted me to walk me thru the app and settings to see the system operate, thru my phone, he was very professional and helpful, which added to the complete experience.

I Highly recommend them for a solar system, and plan on adding batteries with them in the future.

10/3/25 Update: I had 2 additional panels added, the crew came out and again nice install. I noticed the 2 panels were not showing up on the app or webpage and contacted them. Will from tech services contacted me and had the issue corrected, but they were not showing in the correct location. After some emails and photos the issue was taken care of. Professional company.

From the start our salesman Connor S was amazing. He answered all our questions and went through all options and made several home visits to speak with us about questions and to make sure we were getting the best set up we could due to power usage. The install team was friendly and did great work. Highly recommend Lunex for your solar needs.

Amazing company. From the first call, through install and follow up calls, we were blown away. Ryan our sales rep spent weeks making sure we fully understood everything we were getting. Even after meeting with 5 other companies we decided on lunex due to the relationship and product. When it came to install they got it done so fast and professionally. Than our follow up call we fully got educated on every part of the app. My wife is blown away by how the whole process went. We have had bad experiences in past but this was just perfect.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Lunex Power Solar. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly easy, quick, and transparent. There were no hidden fees, no nonsense, and no surprises, everything was explained clearly and upfront from day one.

The sales rep stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process and kept me informed at every single step. Anytime there was progress, I knew about it. They truly didn’t miss a beat, which made me feel confident and comfortable the entire time.

As for the installation Crew, Crew 4, if I remember correctly. They were hands down some of the most professional gentlemen I’ve ever worked with. They followed the permit exactly as requested, from the panel layout to meeting city code enforcement requirements. Everything went smoothly and was executed perfectly.

From start to finish, the whole process took about a month and a half, and it honestly couldn’t have gone better. I would absolutely recommend Lunex Power to anyone looking for a solar company or even an electrical company. Top notch experience all around.

Sales experience was solid. Ramses was professional, met me at 9pm on a Friday, gave a standard sales pitch, and tried to close on the spot—as expected. We finalized the next morning, he came out for the survey and paperwork, and everything seemed smooth. I was promised installation between Halloween and Thanksgiving.

That’s where things went downhill.

Lunex handled the permits, but once permits were approved, they scheduled installation a month later in December, well past the promised window.

Installation day was a mess. The crew clearly didn’t want to be there, rushed the job, and even blocked my Ring camera with a shirt (which they forgot to remove). I don’t know what they were trying to hide, but it was unprofessional and concerning. They complained all day about the electrician not being there, rushed out, left no paperwork, and provided zero guidance on next steps.

The inspection process was worse. Lunex scheduled the city inspector every day for an entire week, yet failed repeatedly. The inspector told me they failed on multiple basic issues—loose screws, missing covers, stickers not removed. He also said Lunex requested re-inspections without being onsite, seemingly hoping things would just pass.

Eventually, after a week, a Lunex power rep came out and fixed most of the issues. Still, no paperwork left behind—no permits, no photos, nothing.

It took two full months to pass inspection and reach PTO. Even after receiving PTO from TECO a week ago, my system is still not operational. I was told to contact someone internally and have received no real solution or response.

The only reasons I chose Lunex were competitive pricing and the assumption that a large company would stand behind warranties. The only real positives were the salesperson and the fact that Lunex covered one solar payment due to their own delays.

Everything else—communication, workmanship, professionalism, and transparency—was unacceptable. Blocking security cameras and the overall carelessness alone should be a red flag.

If I could do this again, I would choose another company. I’m doubtful they’ll honor their warranties.

Maybe the Powerwall will be operational this month? Honestly, I doubt it.

From start to finish, getting solar with Lunex took 4 months (including a new roof), but it was totally worth it. The company set everything up and made everything simple every step of the way. This is a long-term dream fulfilled and I’m so happy to be running my home on solar energy now!

These guys ways show up and are honest with you up front.

Had a huge electrical issue on my vessel …. Needed it up and running quick because I had full charter the next day …. Not only did they arrive asap but fixed electrical issue I had and warned me of one they saw coming due to stripped wire below hatch … gave me a great price for fix and and break on preventative fix !!!!!
