I was sent there buy their distribution center for a part,got there at 3pm,black employee did not greet me at all,said they were closed,their website said 4 o'clock,I'm a business owner.probably good idea to look into this matter,he didn't seem very happy to me,while the black women who sent me their was a doll! Be safe.

Nice people easy to find almost positive you could park here overnight if you got here early..BUT if you arrive during business hrs like I did you will have to blind side

Andy arrived on time, even a few minutes early. We proceeded to the kitchen table where Andy presented the company profile and history. He had visual aids and was very professional and knowledgeable. Andy was genuine and sincere. Unfortunately, I was unable to sign on that day but explained if anything were to change and I could sign down the road, he would be the one I would call. A very pleasant young man.

Not happy with the outcome and the continual issues? I have paid in full and feel like I am not important any longer because I paid in full! I called, text, left voicemail to sales rep and never got a response. I am a disabled veteran and truly feel I was taken advantage of. I should have never paid in full until I got the green light. What incentive do they have to finish my project. I am not sure how they have a BBB rating of A+ with some many recent complaints. I would stay far away from this company after all I have read, have been dealing with, and researched!!!!!

Andy is extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I didn’t feel obligated in any way. Andy replied to all of my emails, even late at night. I trust Andy and appreciate opportunity to learn about Freedom and the substantial savings. Bill

I purchased Solar Panels from Freedom Solar about 18 months ago and have been exceptionally disappointed with the system and their customer service. While the system works as built, it was underbuilt for my power consumption. I have been trying for over a year to get additional panels installed and according to their engineers, I need 3 more panels, but the sales department will only sell them in sets of 8 which will cost $16K. I have already invested $72k for the existing system and battery. When Hurricane Helene hit in Sept, my house was flooded and my solar power did not work. Freedom Solar charged me $500 to have a Technician come inspect my system. He was at my house for only 15 minutes and he told me that the system will not work unless it is connected to Duke Energy and the power grid (we were without power for two weeks). When I purchased the original system I was told that I would always have power - not so. I was also told that solar power would ad value to to the sale price of my home - every real estate broker I have spoken to has told me that this is completely untrue. If you spend $50k on solar it WILL NOT increase the value of your home by $50k. I would definitely say STAY AWAY FROM FREEDOM SOLAR!!

This installation experience has been incredibly frustrating. While the salesman was helpful, I was initially recommended a system that couldn't be supported by a single battery. This oversight should have been identified much earlier in the process. Although I opted to downsize the system, which wasn't a major concern in itself, the subsequent delays have been unacceptable.
It took almost three weeks to receive the revised paperwork, and my project has been stalled in the design phase for even longer. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, I've received nothing but vague assurances that "it's being worked on." To add insult to injury, a coworker I referred, who signed their contract a week after me, already has an installation date!
This lack of communication and efficiency is disappointing. I expected a much smoother and more timely process.

Edit: After a full year, this system has struggled to produce 30% of what was estimated. Do what you will with this information.
