Had some minor issues with the start up of my solar. Called Shane Hertig from FreedomSolar, he resolved my issue instantly. They sent the electrician to my home within an hour. Was very pleased how he treated and reacted to my problem, couldn’t ask for better service. The electrician was able to fix it within a very reasonable time. FreedomSolar produced what they had promised, outstanding customer service!!!! They are there for you, which was very rewarding to know. Thank you Shane Hertig, Mark Mariano, and FreedomSolar. Freedom Solar Power is a company that Delivers on it's customer service. Always available and delivers on keeping their customers needs paramount. From start to finish my concerns were always answered in a very short time, any issue I had they gladly resolved them. I am extremely satisfied with them and would recommend them highly. Going solar felt like a big step, but Andy made it surprisingly easy. He was super friendly and nice, and never made us feel pressured or overwhelmed. We were overwhelmed with solar companies and information and very skeptical about what we were being told. Going solar is a big decision. Kris was upfront, honest, respectful and is one of the best contractor salesperson we have ever had. He answered all our questions and was very helpful in us making our decision. The process was seemless. We did sign with him and Freedom Solar Power. So far we are only one week into the process and everything Kris told us would happen has taken place. I purchased solar panels from Shantile. When I tell you the service and knowledge she provided was amazing. She was very detailed in her presentation and transparent about cost. She went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. She was there on the install day and has followed up post install to ensure everything is running smoothly. Fantastic team from scheduling and sales to electrician and install teams. Everyone was competent and seemed to truly enjoy their work. Even when my HOA took forever to process paperwork they stayed on top of it and kept me in the loop with the process. As soon as things were in order they went to task quickly and efficiently.
