Typically slow. They were out of several items that are used regularly ie, duplex receptacles, Madison clips and so on....

Ordered my parts ahead of time then just showed up and picked them up. In and out in 5 minutes

Poor customer service. They couldn't take 30 seconds to look up a National account for a Global company and differed me to another store almost 2 hours away.

Waiting at the door at 7:15. No one around. Called them on the phone 10 minutes ago. Guy just hung up the phone was like whatever. Still waiting at your door at 7:20. Guess you don't give a dang about your customers. I will try to remember that, next time I need to make a purchase.

Poor customer service. I called on 2 different days to check the status of a part. Was told both days that someone would call back after checking the status of the part. No one called back on either day and no part. Found the needed part at another supplier in Sarasota for about $100 less. Cancelled my order. Why was the same identical part so much less at another supplier ? Maybe overcharging.

Great clean place to deliver. U can park there and sleep if u arrive early.
