Great team that installed my panels!
Professional, helpful, pick up after the job! So far everything has been exceptional ! I would definitely recommend Lunex Power! All my questions asked, and i ask alot, were answered which was so helpful when shopping for the right company!

We met with Jacob Agharaad from Lunex and he made a proposal to Install Lunex Solar panels. In addition they agreed to replace our roof and trim our trees back to allow us to use enough panels to provide plenty of energy for our property.

Jacob, Lunex Energy Consultant, did an excellent job of coordinating the tree trimmers, roof replacement as well as the Lunex solar installers. He was very knowledgeable and readily available to address any issues and he quickly resolved them all.

Jacob was also the guy who sat with us and, basically designed our system, developed a schedule, and kept pushing things forward while we were on vacation for most of July.

The tree trimmers did a very good job cutting back the trees. They trimmed the trees, loaded all of their debris, and carted all away. The crew was professional and knowledgeable.

The roofing company, Arch Roofing, came in the next day and began working immediately. They worked for two long days, extremely hot days and expertly installed a brand new roof. They were a very professional crew and were very responsive to us when we needed to put our dogs out in the yard while they were working. Nick Potts, Arch Roofing managing partner was always available for communication and spend quite a bit of time at our house checking on his crew. I would highly recommend this company for anyone wanting their roof replaced.

Finally, the lunex guys came in and installed the solar equipment. Again, it was a very hot day, but the crew worked through the day and completed the install. They were very professional, nice guys and were very responsive to our questions and concerns. The guys who did the wiring and electrical connections was was very sharp and fully explained what he had done. He the gave me a quick lesson in using the app. He was very clear and concise.

Overall, Jacob and the team he put together, made our dealings with Lunex power a highly successful and positive experience. I would highly recommend Jacob Agharaad and Lunex Power if you are considering solar for your home.

I’m very pleased to have real friends in the solar power business! Since Ramsey Murr and Colby McMahon first came to my house, I was impressed with their expertise. But one of the really important things to me was their integrity. They didn’t try to sell me more panels than I needed. Being in a new neighborhood, the other solar panel people also came to me and I talked with them. When I said I had already made a deal with Ramsey and Colby, I was told that they, Ramsey and Colby, were very good and that they had a good, respected, reputation. That was from their competitors. When the permits were approved, the installation crew came and with expertise and great care for my new house, it was like poetry in motion. These guys knew their stuff! I was so impressed with their organization and professionalism , and, after they cleaned up, they explained the safety procedures in case of emergency. Once the installation was completed, I was handed over to Andrew, he became my go-to guy at Lunex for the final stage of connecting and making sure electric bills and capacity were in good shape and any other issues or questions that might come up. He has been very accessible. By the way, when that big hurricane blew thru Florida, my roof and solar panels sustained no damage. Sure did impress me.

Great Team and Professional service provider. The process from Contract to installation was very easy. Customer service and care is amongst some of the best I have seen. The team listens to your needs and makes sure they work as if this were their home. Truly appreciate all the hard work and would definitely recommend.

I had my system installed less than a month. It continually malfunctions, the breaker continually trips (potentially a very serious problem)! I have brought it the attention of their supposedly tech. Department, they respond and when he does the only thing he wants to do is schedule a virtual session to go over my Enphase app.. They don't respond to emails or texts; challenging or seeming to dare you to seek legal redress! I have had many electrical installations from complete remodeling of wiring system to AC, heat pump, etc.. Lunex response is absolutely by far the worst! Think very carefully before you have a system installed by them! One day after posting this review of Lunex Power system I heard from the service manager, Will. Will and I discussed the issues that I had with the system (breakers continually tripping). He assurded, me that he would have someone out there the next day, unfortunately that did not happen the technician did not show at the appointed time nor did he call me to know the status. I called Will again he took full accountability again made arrangements to have a crew the next day that fell through, however, this time Will called and said he was sending a technician he would trust on his own house. The technician arrived and he was every bit as Will described. He resolved a very complicated situation, that was not very obvious and seldom seem. The reason I share these details, I think Will is a man of his word who takes accountability and does not take cover when the going gets tough! I would give Will Five stars and he is the only reason Why I am amending this Post!

I interviewed and researched more than a half a dozen companies for my solar panel and battery backup installation.Lunex came out on top but I was still skeptical, especially after hearing so many solar installation companies warn me about their competitors not being able to complete the installation in a timely manner. But Lunex did everything that was promised and it all looks and works beautifully. Lunex is absolutely a professional and trustworthy company. I feel fortunate to have found them. I am now both charging my EV and my home from the power of the sun.

Lunex did an excellent job with installation of batteries and transfer switch. They did the installation, put everything back like it was and cleaned up. Will, the Service Manager, made a follow-up call to explain how the Tesla app worked and to answer any technical questions. Very satisfied with Lunex

Their partnered roofer did a great job and left everything super clean then they came shortly after and got the solar installed in a day. The panels work exactly as we designed and we are very pleased. Just expect the process to take a few months to clear permitts and the utility company to installed the new meter. But Lunex and their roofer work super fast and with good quality.

Will was great help to walk through the app. Ramsey was our sales rep and he took every call, even overseas on vacation. Great job team Lunex.

Daniel, Cody, and Andro were the three gentlemen that installed my solar panels on my new home. The (13) panels look sleek. I know the panels aren’t cheap. However, I’m looking at the big picture. Where I will eventually be saving on electrical costs. All three gentlemen were punctual. Actually, they arrived early. Which I really liked. They were all professional and once they completed their work, asked me if I had any questions. I did, and they answered any concerns and questions I had. It took them about 3 and 1/2 hours to install. I’ve always found solar energy interesting. Hopefully, it will all be worth it and there are no issues. I do take comfort in the warranty and how this company Lunex stands behind their product. Ramsey was my sales associate. We must’ve spoken for about 3 hours, prior to me committing to this endeavor. Overall I am happy and feel good about my decision to install solar panels. I am the first one to do so in my community. I think solar panels are a great investment. Especially since it’s so sunny here in Florida. You’ll definitely get your moneys worth, in my opinion 🔋♻️

Lunex Power has been a first class experience from pre sales to permitting. I did my research and Lunex has delivered 14kwh system, 2 powerwall 3's and execution of my vision has been flawless. While we are still waiting on Teco PTO im confident our Carbon Footprint will be gone soon. 11/10.

Wilfredo did an excellent job walking through the system with me and initiated a review on our system production since reported numbers seem pretty high. He demonstrates genuine concern for a quality customer experience

I used Lunex to install 2 Powerwall 3, and 38 solar panels.

I am happy to report that all equipment has been installed and is working as it should. Dan, the owner, seems to be working to improve the delivery, but also has difficulties finding employees that are as competent and care as much as he does.

I have since purchased two DC Expansion Units and an additional 10 solar panels. They were able to come a day early but were missing DC Expansion screws so had to come back the following day to complete the install. Not an issue for me but it seems a checklist of materials would save Lunex a lot of time and money when doing distant installs. If you are in Tampa, there should be no problems as they are around the block. If you live very far away (such as Jacksonville), you might experience delays.

Dan is a very consciences owner and does the customer right. Most of his employees are very good to excellent (like Danny). Lunex is by far the most affordable solar system provider around. Lunex is also a very reputable company, and they firmly stand behind their work, something that is not all that common with many solar installers. You will not go wrong with Lunex.

PS The five stars are due to the owner and all but one of the Lunex employees.

Neighbors, did you pay over $600 on your electricity bills this summer? If you did, you may want to get solar power for your property. Get going on this quickly to save money with the federal tax credit before it goes away in 2026. Even if you don’t have the money to pay cash for the system, you may save about $100 a month for the first year and probably more than that each year after. As Duke Energy keeps raising their rates by at least $100 a month, it is time to switch to alternative energy.

We had solar power installed on our roof today by the team at Lunex Power. They are a reputable company here in Tampa and their team made the whole process clear, simple, and seamless.
