JB Electric Power Solutions was absolutely the right decision. We hired them after a different electrical company abandoned the project. Joel, patiently described what needed to be done to correct, upgrade and replace the existing outdoor electric service with a new single phase combo meter. They took care of managing all needed permits. They were on time, very professional and the work was completed efficiently and on the expected date and no surprises. We really appreciated how efficient the workers were and price wise “it was worth every penny”. I highly recommend JB Electric and will definitely call them again for any future electrical needs

Company is a SCAM

They called and talked to a Service Technician and the next thing we know, are trying to bill us $600.00 for a case of light bulbs.

SCAM! Be aware they will try to trick you into giving them a PO# so they can invoice you. They used the name Heights Industrial Supply when they called.

This company uses misleading phone sales tactics. They call and claim to have existing business with your company. When you ask them for the name of the person they are looking for they are not able to provide it. Very shady.

Felt like a scam. They cold called my office asking to send a business card and gift basket to my home address. A reputable business wouldn’t do that.

Products sent with out ordering in hopes of receiving a payment. We are a 50+ year company and Mapco has never been on our vendor list. Lost man and production hours dealing with this “company”. Extremely inconvenient.

Annoying Sales Tactics, lies and harassing calls to Our Business trying to sell lighting products. They have been told repeatedly to take us off their calling list which they refuse to do so. Rude women calling trying to speak with our Maintenance Manager which is my husband so I know they are lying when they say they are getting back to him about a part. I'm sick of it !!! we are trying to run a business not be solicited to constantly. Won't take my calls in their Office, send me right to voice mail.

Love Mapco. They cover all my industrial maintenance needs. They always have awesome promotions and great customer service. Bobby Davis, is a great guy who loves to talk to about Sports, Hunting and Fishing. They never forget me! Especially during the Holiday season....Mapco really TAKES CARE of their customers!

Thank you for answering my post in an attempt to be a legitimate business. You try and act high and mighty about how I did not include the whole post. I can post all of the negative reviews and 19 complaints from BBB. It's the fact that it is on there in the first place. Your a scam of a business, Have a good new year.

Complaint

"Lorenzo" sending a promotional gift (cooler), but then asks for a P.O. No. for future business. I refused to give him a P.O. No.
"Lorenzo" from Mapco of Florida, a supplier of electrical, chemical, and janitorial products contacted me via telephone. Stated he had a promotional gift (cooler, business cards, flyers, etc.) to send to my home address. Once I gave him the information, he asked for a P.O. No. for future business. I refused to provide a P.O. No. Told him that I would not purchase anything from him until we met face to face. If any product is shipped, along with an invoice, it will be refused

SCAM ALERT!!! They will cold call you like your company has used them before and claim to need information to send you promotional products. Don't give them any info! They are fishing for information. That's it! RUN as quickly as possible. I should have hung up the phone within the first 1 second. They catch you off guard and before you realize it's a scam, you've given them info you shouldn't have. He said he was sending me some promotional items and then asked for a PO.

Isaiah came out late evening to fix an issue we had with one of the panels connecting. He was fast, efficient, kind and professional.
