Ordered willcall 45 minutes prior, had 0 of my order pulled, asked to sit in the parking lot for 20 minutes, go in and only half my 1300 dollar order was correct.

The experience at their Tampa Office is professional, friendly, and fast...fast...especially their front desk!!! Zach, Richard, and Alfredo are a great team with helpful insight!

Just like every other review on here; customer service is LESS THAN a one star rating! As much as i love driving out of my way to beat a 12 pm close time on a Saturday. I was told they would remain open until 12 pm only to arrive and find a locked door with a half full parking lot. Even funnier thing, is i noticed on my way to World Electric, around 11:45 am, the google maps site changed its open availability to "NOW CLOSED". on top of that the phone lines were now saying they were closed! Mind you this was suppose to be 15 mins before shop closure.

P.S.-Most likely better off shopping elsewhere!

In general these guys seem pretty great. I had to give them a lower rating for the really slow service I got today. Only one person working both the counter and fetching. It took almost an hour getting through the line and the transaction.
In the other have, he did prevent me from ordering the wrong wire for the ground. They are helpful, in general.

Energy Crisis did a complete overhaul on my home electric system after hurricane Helene, and I couldn’t be more grateful! They paid attention to every detail and their work is top-notch.

I Used Energy Crisis multiple times. I had a new panel put in as well light fixtures / ceiling fans installed for my kitchen remodel.

EC deserves zero stars. It left it's name and number on a label after completing electrical work on my pool equipment. I called EC to come out and diagnose an electrical issue relating to the work it did. When I called, it wasn't even clear if I had the right number, as the person answered "this is Joey". After confirming I had the right number, the employee spent more time convincing me the issue was not electrical, despite me explaining why it was, and less time actually listening to the description of the issue. Clearly, this person was not interested in problem solving so I asked him if EC can come out and look at the problem or if I should call a competitor. EC told me to call someone else. So I did. I hung up the phone and called Sunrise Electric, spoke with a solution-oriented technician, described the problem and we diagnosed the issue over the phone. Service call being completed in two days. EC, immediately defaulted to "we can't help you". Disgraceful service. I suggest EC take customer-service lessons from its competitors.

In response to the below (which took 2 years), EC's label and phone number were plastered all over my pool electrical equipment, so I was indeed a customer. After being paid by the pool company, EC defaulted to "its not our problem" when an issue arose. It did not even entertain the potential that the matter could be electrical, nor did EC simply say "we'll come out and look at it". Out of convenience EC tried to "phone" diagnose the issue and I refused to let that happen. The issue WAS 100% an electrical problem with EC's equipment, which was confirmed by its competitor when it arrived. I spent over $1K to fix this issue. Surprised that EC's OWNER would leave such a misleading response, but that's what makes markets for competition.

I would highly recommend Energy Crisis for your electrical needs. I personally went with them for a residential remodel that I did last year. The owner came out, was very knowledgeable, and made my headache of the build a cake walk. It wasn’t an easy project but he made it happen. I have not experienced any issues, everything still running smoothly, and I will be going with them again in the future.

Energy Crisis does great work and provide quick follow up on any problems after the work is done.

I needed an electrician to swing by to check out my old knob and tube wiring to make sure it was no longer functional. Aguila came out the same day I made the call! The aguila electricians were courteous, kind and communicative. They were able to quickly identify and disconnect the last knob and tube wire. It was affordable, easy and took a weight off of me, now I can have the city come out and put insulation in my attic. Thanks Aguila, I’ll most definitely use your services again in the future 🙏🏻

I wanted to share the experience that I had today with Jason over the phone.
I called to request a service because I was Having issues with my breakers, Jayson asking me to share pictures with him. He actually gave me the diagnostic over the phone and told me what to and that fixed the issues. Jayson was very patient, friendly and helpful, he save me over $150.
I also used there service in the past and they are great professionals, I highly recommend them.

Aguila showed up exactly when they said they would. They assessed what exactly our needs were and then provided us with a very fair quote shortly thereafter.
