I'm an architect and we have worked professionally with this company for decades on new residential projects. They are simply the best in the Bay Area. When I needed them for something tiny at my house, it couldn't have been a better experience. I didn't tell the scheduler of our relationship with the company, I just called as any new customer would and they jumped on it .Large or small projects ,these guys are the best!

I needed an extra wall receptacle and circuit breaker installed for my home office because too many devices plugged in were causing an overload. These guys were punctual, polite, explained everything, and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend Erwin Electric. They were also half the price of a couple other estimates. Thank you.

Excellent Customer Service. Robert, the technician, came to my home today. He was extremely pleasant and professional. He answered my questions and worked proficiently. Cleaned up and ensured all was working well. When I called Erwin, the receptionist was very polite. I asked to speak with Alex, Robert's supervisor, and he took the call immediately. Duke Energy subcontracted with Erwin to update a control box connected to our breaker panel. They offered a $5-10 monthly discount if we agreed. Upon arrival Collin, the Erwin technician, asked if Duke explained the purpose of the box. He then clarified it enables Duke to cut power to our AC and water heater, presumably at times of peak demand, though they could do so any time. Upon learning this we denied the replacement so Collin removed the old box.

Collin was professional, courteous, efficient and thorough. As a result of his integrity and full disclosure we won’t hesitate to contact Erwin should we need an electrician.

I recently had electrical work done around my home, including installing new two-way switches, updating several outlets, replacing outdated ceiling lighting, and even adding a few new outlets. The quality of the work was outstanding! Everything was done efficiently, neatly, and with great attention to detail. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was safe and up to code. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch electrical work!

Alec and Colby installed new recessed lighting and 2 fan outlets in our great room. They did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier with the quality of their workmanship and customer service. Alec asked for my input with the layout at each step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. The fans were delayed in delivery and Troy finished up the installation the very next day after they arrived. This was my first time using Erwin Electric for services and it won't be the last.

Great Company! They specialize in commercial, hospital, multi-family and service work. Would recommend as a large specialty electrical contractor.

You may not do construction before 8 am! There is no consideration for others. This has happened on multiple occasions. I'm not crazy. This review is my only recourse.
