I will also be turning them into the BBB of FL! Apparently they got their higher rating by begging their customers to change their reviews! Update: Another update! My stove quit working again 11/25/24, right before the holidays, because the Mgr never showed back up to secure the breaker box. So no stove again. Basically his tech claim out, fixed absolutely nothing but tore my disposal apart and then claimed he couldn’t fix it! So I left an appropriate review. That is when the Mrg called begged me to change the review, and he would come out and get things fixed. So after he left, which all he did was screw down the 2 screws in the outlet box and said he secured the breaker box enough until he could come fix it right! So I changed the review. He never came back, my breaker is loose again so the stove won’t work at all! Beware when a company begs you to change your review of them, before they made the job right! And to add insult to injury, he’s charging my landlord 195.00! Well, you aren’t getting paid!! You did nothing, your tech did nothing but waste my time! I suggest you find another career, you suck as electricians.. If you want the job done right the first time and not charged an exuberant price, don’t use this company!! review change again! The technician they sent was useless, and did not fix any problem I was having! So I called and they sent the Mgr. Two screws were not screwed down in my outlet box, ere go why it kept blowing, his tech should have caught that! His tech had no idea why my breaker was loose! So the mgr explained the box wasn’t flush w/the hole, so he rigged it to stay in place, and promised to come back and secure it properly! He never showed back up!!! Then I find out he billed my landlord 195.00!! For what!? Wasting my time w/a tech that did nothing, and then 20 mins worth of work from the Mgr? And all he did was beg me to change my review!!! He had no plan to show back up here once I changed my review to a positive one! My first negative review was the only reason the Mgr came out here!! It is pretty sad when customer service takes a back seat to a review! If you want an honest company, don’t use these people! The Mgr himself straight up lied to me about coming back! And my 10 yr old nephew could have done what they did, yet want to charge an outrageous amt of 195! And they didn’t use any parts either. And never came back and completed the job! But expects 195.00? FL BBB might be interested too! Biggest rip off ever!

I have to tell you about the incredible experience I had with these guys. I ended up on the phone with Juan who was super cool and went out of his way to help us. We are firing up a new Taphouse and lost all power. They got their operations manager James out to us immediately and worked with Duke to solve the issue. These folks are timely and fair, and have earned my future business. This is how contractors used to be, and we are super appreciative of their help!

We needed a full panel replacement and received 4 estimates to have the work done. Erwin Electric was competitive with their pricing, very professional, TIMELY and efficient. KC came out to estimate the job and talked through options with me. Once I decided what I wanted to do they were able to schedule the work within 2 weeks. Alex was the technician doing the work and did an outstanding job. Explained everything to me, very very professional, knowledgeable, patient and most important completed the work earlier than he anticipated! Of all the different companies I have work with to have work done on my house, Erwin Electric is at the top of the list of best experiences. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism on display when Alec, with assistance from Dmitri and Collin, replaced the panel and rewired our hundred-year-old house. Horrible and dangerous driving during the rain while schools are letting on. This driver (van 52), will speed and cut off cars right by the highschool when students are trying to get to school. If they are wreck-less on the road in our community, imagine how they are in your home!

We had a great experience working with Erwin Electric. Alec, and Christian were our technician's— Alec and Christian were highly skilled, efficient, and clearly takes pride their work. Everything was done with care and precision. Richard was our main point of contact, and his communication was excellent throughout the process. With so many moving parts and inspections involved, that kind of clear and timely communication made a big difference.

They were originally referred to us by friends who used them to wire their entire home, and we’re so glad we went with them. We'll definitely be calling them again for any future electrical needs! Highly recommend.

We called Erwin Electric based on a recommendation from our AC Company, Island Aire. We are installing a split ac unit and needed the electric line and breaker installed. First, when calling Erwin they immediately picked up the phone and were supremely pleasant to speak with. Second, they provided me an available appointment within the same week of calling. My electrician was Troy Collin. Troy arrived on time as scheduled. He introduced himself greeting me with a handshake. Troy was super polite and knowledgeable regarding the work we needed completed. Well, it is not the first time I had the pleasure of watching Alec work and I suspect it will not be the last! Even if it was a simple fixture replacement or a major wiring job in the aftermath of flooding with Hurricane Helene, Alec was timely, most importantly accurate with his work and kept us informed.
