Joe cruz is a great electrician. He helped my mom install a new circuit breaker box, who is on a fixed income and was the best priced electrician out there. We will definitely use his services again when needed, and I recommend him to everyone

Joe scheduled me immediately, and arrived promptly to do the work. We had a power outage which required Joe to find a hidden GFCI ; which he did, and our outage was resolved! Joe and his guys are respectful of your home and are efficient and personable. We are happy to have found honest and competent electricians who charge a fair price for excellent work. Highly recommend

First, I want to personally thank Jose Cruz for the timely reaction to our need to have some outlets repaired in our kitchen. The foreman of his crew is Julio who was very professional as he identified himself and the service he represented; he went directly to work, identified the problem, and completed the repair in a very timely manner. I think is a A+ company, my insurance required me to have a repair in my breaker box. they guided me through the process and the best option, I think the prices are the lowest they can be, the employee came to my house, did the job fast and performed a excellent service. TC Hernandez Electric came to my home when I was having a problem with the Breakers Tripping. The gentlemen they sent to my home were very professional and did a Great job. Have not have any more problems since then. I will refer this company to all Family and Friends due to the Great job they did for me!!!

Wish I could give ZERO stars for customer service or lack-there-of. All I can say is “wow” after my very brief experience with TC Hernandez Electric.
I attempted to call this company to inquire about pricing and to schedule a diagnostic appointment - I’m not sure if I caught this company/the people I spoke with on a horrible day or if this is their standard practice, but immediately when I called & explained that I’m a new customer I was told “um, hold on a sec” then hold music began to play for a minute or two and then a man answered the phone and said “yes?”. I explained that I was put on hold and that I’m a new customer waiting to be helped. The man then angrily spat into the phone “YEAH!! you were put on hold and then I answered the phone and said ‘yes’ so what can I do for you? What do you want?”
I was so off-put by the anger and hostility coming through the phone that I just told them never mind and hung up. I’m honestly relieved to avoid working with any company who thinks it’s okay to speak to other human beings this way.
Thanks for showing your true colors so quickly & saving me the trouble!

Nathanael and his trainee was on time (actually they called and were able to come 40 minutes early) and did an excellent job! I had them install a safety cut over switch and wall outlet in my electrical panel for my new DuroMax 13,000 watt dual power generator. He had no issue with me watching and and answered several questions I had after install. He verbally went through the sequence to power op the generator first, then cut off main power, slide the safety bar and turn on the 50 amp generator switch. I didn’t have oil to put in my new generator (and DuroMax didn’t put a bottle in the box), so as he lives nearby, he offered to swing by at the end of the day next week if I had questions or issues when testing.

Luis did a wonderful job replacing 9 can lights in 20 foot high ceilings working around a kitchen island🤦‍♀️!!! He was kind, attentive and professional. He made sure he ordered the correct replacement lights, had the right heavy duty ladder, and had a great helper since this was definitely not a one person job.I am very pleased with the excellent service and communication Luis provided!!! Small Jobs Electric did a fantastic job fixing my outdoor fans. They were very responsive and informative, keeping me posted on when their electrician would arrive. Caleb who did the work was incredibly professional, informative, did not do any work until he made sure I understood the costs and what he would be doing. Caleb put up some outside lights, showed me they were working and explained what he did and the price was beyond reasonable for the work he did. I will 100% be using Small Jobs Electric again and will pass this family owned company to all of my friends and family for anything electrical that they might need done!!
