I ran into an employee of this company (Ernie) in the Spring Hill area. Ernie was in the vacuum bay next to ours at a car wash, cleaning out a Bates Electric service truck. He helped me to understand Bates Electric, with some of my questions.

There’s something good to be said Bates Electric employees and this company based on Ernie’s professionalism and generosity with our public interaction. I will just say, based on the short conversations we had about the company he works for, ‘this man respects this company tremendously’. He is very proud to work for Bates Electric, and company image is extremely important to Ernie.. Someone may ask how could I give a ‘5 star’ rating based on exchanging a few words at a car wash? It’s easy for me. As an owner of a commercial construction company in Florida, knowing a company is ‘only as good as their employees’, holds ton of value to the success of the company. ‘Good job Ernie’, and thank you sir.

Joshua Barger with Bates did a fantastic job installing several light fixtures and dimmer switches in our condo. He was very meticulous in his work and it was very clear that his goal is to satisfy the customer.

Just wanted to take a minute to recognize the hard work of James Garner a electrician with bates. This man is amazing at his job! He was my lead electrician and carried that project! Everyone I spoke to at Bates was very professional and kind. After Hurricane Milton, I was so stressed because my home flooded. I called on a Friday afternoon and they put me on schedule for Monday. Kai came as promised and did a very thorough job checking for safety. He was neat, polite and obviously very knowledgeable about his work. I’m so grateful to them.

I recently hired Mr. Cruz and his team for a fairly large electrical project. Before choosing them, I compared estimates from several local electrical services, few were crazy outrageous. I had another GREAT experience with Jose this morning when he came by pretty quickly (on a Saturday) from fishing to replace a failed GFCI outlet and another bad outlet for me. He was efficient and very friendly. When I asked him an unrelated electrical repair question after his work was done (I wasn't prepared for him to do additional work), he offered to come back to my house at a later date when I was ready for him to perform the work since he hadn't used the full hour of time I purchased. I get the sense he's a real down-to-earth guy and a true family man. He is licensed & bonded and is my electrical go-to guy. He has my highest recommendation for any home electrical needs!

Jose and his crew are great! We have an older house that's had lots of electrical "fixes" done by the previous owner. None of the other electricians we've used have been able to remedy them. Jose and his crew got us all up to code quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Highly recommend!
