A huge tree branch fell on my roof ( 2-story house) and knocked out the weatherhead on my roof. TECO came out to remove the wires but said they could not continue and said I needed an electrician to repair the damage first. The serviceman from TECO recommended this company- Brandon Electric.

I called Brandon Electric right away, which was before 2pm. The lady was super nice on the phone. Their process was very efficient--asking for photos of the damaged area to get an estimate and the right specialists out. Someone came within 20 minutes, then gave me their assessment, set expectations and estimated costs. Their boss was active in communications with the team.

After I agreed to the costs and services, their team came out within 30 minutes and finished by 5pm. Keep in mind, the Brandon Electric team was working on the roof and the attic area, in addition to a lot of wet leaves due to the tree debris, plus some neighborhood cats decided to check them out.

I had to call TECO to re-connect the wires, and there was some misunderstanding on the TECO side, as they thought the wires did not need to be manually re-connected. I mentioned this to the Brandon Electric team, and their boss called the TECO personally the make sure that a crew came out to manually re-connect the wires. The TECO company had a crew out before midnight.

Many thanks to Brandon Electric for the great service. It was much cheaper than staying at a hotel for the night and dealing with the stress longer than necessary.

The garage breaker tripped. I called them to have an electrician check the wiring because I smelled something burning. Jose and Matt came! They were very professional and listened to my concerns. They checked the area thoroughly. It was the freezer that was causing the issue. After determining that it was the only problem, they took the freezer out of the garage. It gave me peace of mind! They were so kind! I would call Brandon Electric without hesitation. Great team. Thank you.

Today we were fortunate to have Zachary and Jose come to our house and correct some electrical problems we had in the last couple days. Brandon Electric is very fortunate have these two well qualified people working for them. Upon inspection they found loose connections in the receptacles and the switch boxes. One receptacle was crispy behind it and had a sign of heat. We are so grateful that it did not cause a fire. Thank you Terry for sending these two men to our home.

I had two jobs for Brandon Electric: 1) Replace a ceiling fan. 2) Install an outlet for the garage door opener to be up to code.

Isaiah and David were dispatched to my home and quickly got to work! I am so glad I didn’t listen to my friends to do the replacement of my ceiling fan myself, because it is more tedious than I thought it would be… something I would not want to handle alone. Thankfully, Isaiah and David made it look completely easy.

The garage outlet installation was also a breeze for them, something that I thought would take longer than it did.

Both Isaiah and David were very courteous, and answered any and all questions I had.

Will definitely be a repeat customer to Brandon electric for any future projects.

The guys were great worked with me on time to get the job done as early and quick as possible. Kept the area clean and were extremely respectful to my home. After everything was done gave me the whole run down of what was done and walked me through steps if I have any type of issue. As well as provided much needed suggestions on extras that could be done and how they could help. Would totally recommend this company as a whole to anyone looking for electrical work at good price and excellent craftsmanship.

Will never use you again wasted 175.00 service charge. I should have just flushed the money down the toilet. I will call someone else next time. They walked into my kitchen job told me they cant do anything without my new kitchen specs which lowes is doing but would have been nice to know this when i made the appointment.

I priced out a panel replacement upgrade and a new electrical wiring from the opposite side of the house with a new meter can And shut off switch w Four different licensed electrical contractors. .

They scheduled the appointment called me at 7:30 and told me they’d be here at 8:05 and two trucks. Two teams showed up at 8:05.
Matt, the team leader and Jose were awesome along with the two other service techs. Very knowledgeable and friendly all 4 of them
It took him a solid eight hours to complete the conversion I could read everything in the panel

Not happy with the placement of a new electrical outlet. Yes it will be behind a tv, but not event close to being even with the other outlet.

They did come back out and correct the issue the following day. Looks much better and evenly aligned.

The two guys (David and another - didn't catch his name, unfortunately) were prompt, kind, helpful in their explanations, and offered to inspect panels beyond the one in question, much appreciated in my old house. Matthew and Christian did an amazing job on the removal of our old chandeliers and installation of new chandeliers (we hung the glass) and timer box for our pool pump. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. Challenging work due to high and slanted ceilings. Highly recommend Brandon Electric!!!!!

Groves electric is in a class of their own. First their work is first class but what always impressed me they actually show up when they say they will. I have used Groves Electrice for our home and our business for the past 10 years have never had an issue. I highly recommend .

I always feel in good hands with Groves Electric. Chris and his team rewired my house ~20 years ago and recently returned to upgrade the kitchen lines for a new oven and microwave. It's nice to see that as his business has grown, Chris still stops by the job site to consult and weigh in, and he still manages to hire electricians who are unfailingly polite. The price was more than fair, given the time spent in the attic and crawl space to make this upgrade work happen.
