Awesome service! My new pool tech Randy is the best so far! I am grateful he was added to my route! He is detailed and does things I did not see any of the other techs do, and he takes his time. Many of the others are in and out in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

Maikel and his partner did an excellent job of explaining our pool system to use and also how to use it from the pad inside the house. They also addressed few issues. They gave us such an easy clear explanation on using the pool, not as hard as we were making it to be! Thank you for their time and for having this service for customers!

Our older pump and filter system was a hairball. John was able to confidently and professionally take out the old PVC, valves and connected heater and get it all running the best it has in years! Highly recommended - Fixed our hairball electrical mess in the Rain today! Nice work

Have had this service for about 1.5 yrs, maybe a little less. In that time we have had numerous "pool techs." Maybe they treat their techs like they treat their customers. That would explain the high turnover. Wondering if some of these guys are even CPO certified. They don't seem to know anything about total alkalinity and how maintaining a good PH level minimizes the need for chlorine use. They seem to believe that chlorine is the only chemical that goes in a pool. 15.9 was my chlorine reading on July 4th when I came outside to make sure the pool was ready. 3-4 is perfect, 5 should be max for chlorine levels. You could smell the chlorine 2 houses down. Alkalinity at 54, should be 80-120. Not the firts time. I have complained about this a few times before and they just send out a different person. I spent $112 at Leslie's pool supply for chems on July 4th, not to mention rushing around to get the levels where the needed to be so we xould use the pool. Had to add Baking soda, acid and even had to use Chlorine neutralizer. When I called to complain and demanded they credit me the amount I spent, they called me back and said that they were canceling my service. This company, in my opinion and experience, is a joke. Stay away from the headaches and do your research. Read their reviews. They also have other Google profiles. Visit those also and read the reviews. Note to management: Don't respond with the standard response. "Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Please call us to see how we can help" What a joke!

James was wonderful. He listened to our concerns, thoroughly checked out our equipment and told us what the problem was. He did not try to sell us anything we did not need. He gave several helpful suggestions to keep our Jandy Caretaker running as efficiently as possible. James was professional and personable. I would use the Fort Myers Pool Troopers again to service my pool equipment.

Broc was great! Came to estimate a problem for me, but saw my pump basket needed cleaning and did it instantly. He also helped replace my cartridge filter because I could not get the cartridge open. Very helpful, very friendly, very polite!! Estimated my repair, gave me a great quote and did the work on the spot. Excellent repair job and great clean up of the area. I would be happy to have Broc come back for any service or repair needs!!

Daniel, who service my pool today is beyond recognition. He found an envelope full of money on my driveway, and he was honest enough to return it. People of his caliber, is very few, being honest, is beyond recognition by so many. I would like to say that not only is a good worker, but an honest man too. It turned out the money belonged to my twin-brother visiting from North Carolina. It fell out of his pocket when he reached for his cell phone. Once again, thank you Daniel for being honest. I'm out of town on business, my daughter is the one there, but I will look you up open my return. Thank you again.

Using Pool Troopers means we never have to think about maintenance of our pool when are home or away. Nicholas makes sure the water sparkles like diamonds and lets us know if anything needs attention. Highly recommended!

We had our pool redone by Bay Area Pools in March, 2017 and were pleased. During Milton our pool pump went out. The now Pool Troopers were notified immediately. They came and dumped chemicals weekly and assured us our Pebble Teck would be fine. We purchased a new pump and salt system & followed PT’s instructions. Following multiple text and phone calls, over the past year, our Pebble Teck is totally discolored. We had 3 licensed pool companies come out and all 3 said the same.[ Chemicals Not Balanced & chemicals were left in the bottom of our pool. ]Be aware that their customer service has declined to an unacceptable low. We will not recommend Pool Troopers and want others aware of our negative experience 😖 Very Disappointed.

BUYER BEWARE - Here's our experience:

Second week in a row now tech leaves pool filter leaking water

This time unfortunately we weren't home till yesterday we noticed the pool had lost about 7 inches of water

We started filling pool back up, turned the pump on and filter is gushing lots of water from every direction

The "tech" screwed in the top lop sided, cross threaded with the O-ring hanging out

He clearly didn't bother to do a final check last week, nor this week, they come out, do a rush job, do the bare minimum and rush right out.

Leaving a valve open maybe a mistake, but you failed to check for leaks..

Putting a filter cap on sideways, with the O-ring hanging out and not doing a final check is INCOMPETENCE.

I've also added a picture of last week as I was explaining to the manager I spoke to this morning, our back yard was flooded...

His response : "No it wasnt"
