Thank you for our service with Pool Troopers! It was awesome. Nicholas is a great worker. He calls when he needs to reschedule, he shows up on time and works hard to make our pool sparkle.

Very happy with my conscientous pool technician. The Hammerhead pool vacuuum is a winner for filtered pools.

I have been using Pool Troopers for 12 years, so they have been taking care of my pool all that time. I have a salt water system and a heater in the pool. They take care of everything related to the pool, maintenance, cleaning, chemicals, motor repairs, pool vacuum, I do not do any maintenance to the pool, they do it all, which is exactly what I needed. My family and I just enjoy the pool . They have a team of great people working for them, which make all the difference in the world. They have people that specialize in the chemicals, cleaning, repairs, anything pool related. Everyone in the company is out there to help you maintain your pool performing well, I give them all 5 stars. The person that comes to my house, Jose is outstanding, always goes the extra mile. I just updated the picture for this year.
This company is amazing.

Pool troopers missed a visit and now my pool is green. Called them on the 11th to report it was green and they swore a supervisor would be right out, called again twice last week with the same promise from PT….they finally showed up this morning (the 22nd), 11 days after my call. And the tech is scratching his head and doesn’t understand what the problem is. They’re getting fired.

We have used Pool Troopers for more than 20 years. The company has always tended the routine maintenance on time. Staff has always been super responsive to extraordinary tasks and repairs. Charges are within line for today's market. The folks in the field are polite and friendly.

Sent a text Saturday morning wasn't happy with the way our pool looked someone came by Monday morning saw what the problem was added needed chemicals. Regular service came by yesterday. Today the pool looks the way I feel it should. Thanks for the quick response.

We had a senior technician come out to our home today for a pool service. We were very pleased with the service it was provided. Wish this was our permanent person because of how amazing he was. He was very thorough in his inspection and execution of maintenance. Wonderful work.

Dependable company and my pool guy Gregory is always professional and takes pride in his job. Excellent worker.

Jose is very polite, courteous, and does a great job. Although language may have been a barrier it is clear that, he has a very cheerful disposition and is very friendly.

Darwin came did his job showed me what the problem was and I really appreciate him being through and through to where he makes his realize what the actual problem is of the pool pump in my case thank you so much that’s why I gave him five stars. he’s a great employee

Repair tech was very knowledgeable; he was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Repair was done next day. Great service!

I don’t know what happened to this company. But the last 12 months their service has gone down dramatically. It took them 3 weeks to replace a part in my pool after they got the part in. The tech that comes out for my bi-weekly service, only brushes my pool. They don’t appear to be checking the chemicals. I timed the tech one time, he was in and out in 5 minutes. My pool started turning green 3 weeks ago. I reported it they said they would have a tech and supervisor come out. Since that call, my pool continued getting worst, called and they said only a tech came out and just dumped some shock in it, they didn’t think they needed to dispatch a supervisor. They claimed they tested the water at the time of the tech, and the chemicals were fine. I had the water tested by another company and learned that there was 0 chlorine in the pool, I was 80lbs light on salt, the phosphates were high, just to name a few things that were messed up. We called last week to complain and they said a tech would and supervisor would be out this past Friday. Called this morning (Mon) and they said that the tech that was supposed to come out this past Friday didn’t come out and they the supervisor that is supposed to come today (Monday), that they don’t have one scheduled to come out. Sorry if I could give them a 0 star I would.

Great technicians and company! They communicated my appointment status regularly, showed up on time and completed the job without any issues. Highly recommend!

Davis recently took over our pool for maintenance. It is refreshing to not worry about our pool weekly, if someone will service it appropriately. Thank you Davis! Pool Troopers has been great with their communication for maintenance recommendations and also for when they are closed for holidays and adjust their schedules to make sure the pool is serviced weekly!

Do NOT trust this Store!
I was supposed to be on a weekly route but bc of turn over my pool was repeatedly missed. The owner argued with me, even though I have cameras to prove no shows. I canceled the service and then he insisted on charging me for parts on a faulty salt cell they just put in a few months ago. The pool developed black mold…now up to $1,000 dollars to get it corrected!

I really love the service that I receive consistently with Pool Troopers. When I call they are prompt to respond and are beyond patient and kind with answering and clarifying any questions I have. They leave our pool so clean. My only concern is that this is the second time now where they have left our water hose running without letting us know, so not only did our pool almost overflow but that was hours that the water was running without letting us know that they even turned on the water. Recommendation would be to add a note to the service email that you send after the work is completed to let us know that you turned it on and the time that you turned it on so that we know that it needs to be shut back off.

My overall experience with the team has been wonderful! They are super responsive and are well-versed on all things pool. They keep my pool sparkling! Highly recommend them.

Have not cleaned my filter in months
Had to have a personal guy come out to look and tell me what was wrong and asked if my pool guy has cleaned my filter at all and I told him he hasn’t at all
My pool guy with pool troopers does not vacuum the pool at all
He just skims the top with a net and even then after he leaves I always see leaves at the bottom of the pool so I know he is not doing his job
Would like to be able to use my pool this hot summer

Richard Roberts was the account manager and he went above and beyond. I had 2 other quotes in the same ballpark but Richard’s service excellence was how pool Troopers won my business.
Max is our weekly service tech and he has consistently done a great job with the maintenance.
