I had a franchise business with this company. They have deceptive practices and they didn’t fulfill the guaranteed business contracts they promise when you purchase the franchise. Dishonest and deceitful company. Don’t waste your money.

Worse cleaning company we ever used. They don’t show up. When they do terrible work is done. We saw on our cameras they squirt a solution on floors and then swept. Missed most of our office. Shameful business. Would never recommend.

We worked with Coverall for the last few years. The service became worse and worse. We stated our unhappiness with the company and even had someone come in to do an inspection. During this time we were told the floors could easily be cleaned , but sadly nothing ever changed. We explained we felt uncomfortable with the situation because the cleaning crew was bringing in minors to help in the process for taking out trash and just generally walking around our building. We asked to be removed from the contract since the duties were not being performed, but they stated that was not possible. We then requested that actual cleaning agreed upon be carried out but nothing ever changed. This is a horrible company, while you're in the contract they barely reply to your emails and they have cleaning staff that doesn't know how to use a mop and water. We asked for compensation in the form of getting the last 1.5 months at no cost and now magically they can send 50 emails a day stating that they cannot do that and that they demand their money. This is a horrible company!! Do not work with them unless you want minors in your building, cleaners that don't know how to use mops with water wand soap and enjoy having a lot of dust! We have been in business for over 20 years and have never had such a horrible experience!

Communication is key!!! My company is currently in our second year of a contract with Coverall and our rep Larry has been specifically great. He has continued to work with us to fit our budget and is always very responsive to our requests throughout. Highly recommend!

the worst company you can have to invest your money and want to grow your business. They promise you many things and everything is a lie, and all the money they take from you is for nothing. They only deceive you and use you for their benefit, they don't even take good care of you when you go to the office, and they charge even the minimum for everything, even to deposit your payment directly into your bank account every month, they charge you for that. I do not recommend this company at all, it is the worst investment I have made in my life and I recommend to everyone who asks me that they better look for a better company than this one, because they are going to regret it. None of their workers in the office do their jobs well, and they only give the accounts to a few franchisees who are their favorites because the bad accounts that no one wants are the ones they offer you.

This company has an office in louisville ky and is the worst administration ever. Don’t recommended it.

The Tampa office is wonderful. I've been with them for 10 years. The Tampa team are all here to help. They help out with any documents I need as well as they help with Spanish speaking Franchise Owners and clients. They guide me and assists with me growing my Coverall Franchise. The manager for the place assists with all of my finance related issues. They are great for anything I ask them for. They have assisted me from starting a business while having another job to having the ability to live comfortably only on the income from my Coverall franchise.
