This company and the technician Brad that came out was a very pleasant experience as a whole. From setting the appointment up to meeting the technician , All the way to the end result, I am 100% satisfied!. We have a home that was built in 1989. That was well taken care of but white tile and light colored. Grout will get dark over years no matter what you do. Brad came out and did such an amazing job. The tile looks like it was just put in yesterday. I wish I had before and after pictures but when I tell you, I was pleasantly surprised at just how clean Brad was able to get our tile.
He did a great job of explaining everything and thoroughly walking through the property to make sure to address everything while he was here. He pointed things out that we had not noticed and was able to take care of them on site. I definitely recommend this company for Tile and carpet cleaning. He also went above and beyond and saw a small patch of carpet that needed to be cleaned and took care of it for us. Thank you again, Brad! You did an amazing job!

I had 3D Carpet Cleaning clean my carpets yesterday and they look beautiful. The service person was Trevor and he was very thorough and did a beautiful job. The carpets look brand new. I couldn't imagine them looking any nicer than they do. It is so nice to find a company that really cares about their work and wants to do a great job. After a disappointing experience this morning with another Carpet Cleaning Service initials (SS). I started cold calling companies I found online using Google Search. After explaining my experience, Rob told me he could stop by after he finished the job he was doing at that time. Upon his arrival 5:30 I explained again the lack of service I received from the other company and WITHOUT commenting on the other company he assured me he could to the work. My place is fairly small the work I requested was carpet cleaning for a Living \ Dining room area and two flights of stairs with heavy traffic patterns. I told him I would help move the furniture, but he did it himself without asking for assistance. (Something the previous company couldn't due.) I've included a couple of photos (Before \ After) of the work he did. I can't speak highly enough of Rob. A very Good Man, with an exceptional work ethic.

Extremely impressed with the work performed by Trevor. Trevor texted me before arriving providing me with an accurate arrival time. Once Trevor arrived, he got right to work and did an excellent job on our reclining sectional. He brought it "back to life". I was very impressed with how well heavily soiled spots were removed and the sectional no longer had the "frito smell" that most pet owners are familiar with. Cost was very affordable and there were no attempts to try and upcharge me for unnecessary things. Very friendly staff and great communication. We hired 3D Carpet Cleaning after getting multiple estimates. They responded quickly and also gave us the best price. They came promptly at the time we agreed on and the price also was the same as the estimate. It didn't take that long to get our living room cleaned and we also got an estimate for the rest of the house which was priced better than I had imagined. Will definitely use their services again when needed!
