Robb and his team were top notch! They were responsive, effective and efficient. I’ve been wanting to replace my 12 year old carpet, but didn’t want to go through the hassle of picking out carpet and dealing with supply chain issues and poor customer service. Robb made my carpet look new again! He and his team deep cleaned the carpet and restretched it in several rooms. It looks amazing! I highly recommend this company.

I needed Saltillo Mexican tile and carpet cleaning for a family member, I researched for 2 days and found Rob! He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! Rob and his son Dylan were nothing short of AMAZING!!! Very professional, friendly, very kind and hard working!! I highly recommend 3D for ALL of your flooring needs BUT they do more than floors!!! I recently had the pleasure of working with 3-D Carpet Cleaning and Restoration for air duct cleaning, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! After remodeling our home during Covid, I was left with 22 AC vents that looked like they had been covered in —- I can only describe it—as black soot. No one had a recommendation for me – not my contractor or my AC company – none of my friends knew of anyone reliable and trustworthy but seems we had all had bad experiences with quick in-and-out operations, price gouging with little to none when it came to cleaning!

Yesterday, Brad and Dylan from 3-D Carpet Cleaners arrived right on time at 8:30 AM, equipped with two vans and a large but surprisingly quiet machine they brought inside. They dedicated an entire day to the job, staying until 4:30 PM. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They even showed me before-and-after pictures of the inside of my ducts, and I was horrified to see the amount of grime, dust and pet hair that had accumulated over the years.

The owner, Rob, even stopped by to introduce himself, which speaks volumes about the company’s commitment to customer service. It's refreshing to see an owner take an active role and show genuine care.

This morning, I woke up a new, fresh, clean smell. GOD—-bless these guys! I have never had any service come into my home and leave it better than it was upon arrival. They were careful—they were quiet but friendly—they vacuumed every rug, swept my stairs and even put a paper towel beneath their water bottle on my countertop!

I value honest, trustworthy, and professional service --it is rare but these guys are a “diamond in the rough” and i can confidently say that I will be a customer for life!! If you're looking for reliable, thorough, and honest service , 3-D Carpet Cleaners is the one. They’ve made a significant difference in my home, and I plan on telling everyone I know!!

3D Carpet Cleaners are a great local business. Don’t be fooled by the word “local”. They are professional, responsive and caring. Something people lack now a days when they work! Rob was great and understood the urgency and sent Team Trevor and Dylan to clean my mother and brothers home floors. They took care of moving the furniture, putting it back, explained what they where doing and what not to do during and after the job was done. We got our original grout color back plus a deep tile clean and a nice shine. Definitely going to be a repeat customer! They do more than just floors by the way. :)

After our home flooded from Hurricane Helene, we were told that our tile would not be replaced by insurance. We had 3-D come out to steam clean and sanitize all of our tile and grout as well as our AC vents so that is was safe to move back in the home. They were so thorough and polite. They left everything clean, fresh and sanitized. I feel 100% better about being back in my home after their service. Thank you for your fast, thorough and pleasant services. I highly recommend 3D Cleaning, and have referred them to all my neighbors!

Amazing difference in our porcelain tile floors! Our tiles are slightly porous and we couldn’t get them back to “new” no matter what we tried including our personal steamer. They did an amazing job restoring them back to bright white! Professional and reasonable pricing. Will be calling them again to come more regularly. Well worth it!

I found 3D Carpet Cleaning and Restoration on Yelp. The reviews were good so I contacted them about cleaning a wool area rug with water damage and animal stains. They were prompt in responding and communication throughout the process was awesome. They explained the different cleaning methods and made a good recommendation for which method would be best. My rug looks brand new. I also had them clean our dryer vent which goes to the roof. They did an excellent job, and even corrected a problem from our original installation.

I love a business that says what they do and does what they say. They didn't come out and try to upsell me. They did a great job cleaning my carpet. I sent another company packing earlier in the morning for trying to upsell basically tell me the carpet would not come out clean if I didn't add all the special treatments. 3D came out and did a great job and for a lesser rate than the other company. The professionalism dealing with them was 5 star. I forget the young mans name who came out but he was kind and courteous. Where other companies drop the ball with that, you need me attitude, 3D appreciated & valued my business. Well done guys!

When you find exceptional service in this day and age you want to spread the word. So here I am.
I contacted Rob in because I was in a slightly time sensitive situation. I had new tenants moving into a home I rent and when the potential tenants went on a walk through at a different time of day the realtor noticed that the carpet did not look as good as originally thought.
I had four days until the new family was moving in. I placed a call and 2 days later two of his team Trevor and Dylan came to my rescue. The pictures says it all. The carpets looks brand new. The scent was fresh and not overwhelming at all. The tenants started to move in today and they loved it! I loved the outstanding customer service and a special thanks to Trevor and Dylan for all of their hard work.

Repeat customer here and each time, 3D Carpet has been a delight to work with. I've had restretching done, couches/carpet/area rugs cleaned, and even tacking and padding replaced and areas sanitized in response to moisture in a room. I'll call them anytime I have a cleaning need!

This is my second time using 3-D Carpet Cleaning and our second opportunity to have Brad do the work.
The first time we hired 3-D, we had our carpets cleaned and the outdoor patio cushions and rugs as well as a sofa. Brad did excellent work. This time we had Brad clean our travertine tile floors as well and wow! They look amazing! He also did the master bath shower. Again, amazing work. We are very happy with the results.
This most recent job was difficult and an all day affair. Brad’s work ethic is top notch.

Wanted to update this—still 5 stars but some stains resurfaced as the carpet dried. Understandable as it’s very old carpet and was very soiled. The carpet still looks unbelievably better. Even with looks aside, the transformation of smell in my house is night & day. I’m so thankful.
