Excellent carpet cleaning service from start to finish. They were punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. They successfully removed tough stains and pet odors that I thought were impossible to get rid of. The carpets look fresh, spotless, and almost brand new. Great value for the quality of work. Highly recommended, and I will definitely use their service again.

Amazing precision. Team of 3 were in and out in less than 2 hrs and unclogged 3 French drains from roots, blew out gutters and cleared 2 story lines. Don’t hesitate to hire now before storm season!

I have used this excellent experienced Davis Island/ South Tampa gutter cleaner service for years. They are reliable, friendly, and extremely professional. They are also good at diagnosing and correcting problems. They helped fix a leak around our home's chimney flashing that had plagued us for years. No one had been able to identify the source of the mold in the closet next to that chimney until Pat the Gutter Rat' came to the rescue. On a rental cottage, they installed beautiful new gutters that did wonders to preserve the wood and eventually helped it sell. Top marks!

Pat the Gutter Rat’s crew did a great job cleaning the roof and gutters at The Tampa Garden Club.
When I called them to come back to clean some debris left on foyer porch, they were back with no problem. In their defense it was a very windy day and gates on porch were closed before they were gone.

Have used Pat the Gutter Rat for a couple of years. 100 year old house in Beach Park with a tile roof. They use extreme care and always go the extra mile. This time they took the time to sweep some pine bark that had floated out of a flower bed back in place. Had nothing to do with the gutters but truly showed they cared. Gutter work was superior and will call on them again next season!

Pat the Gutter Rat, has serviced my gutters for over 15 years. He installed the gutter screens in 2018 and the recent hurricanes in October of 2024 blew a few off. Pat's crew came out and replaced the missing screens and cleaned all the gutters. They cleaned up all the debris after cleaning so there was nothing for me to have to clean.

The work was done extremely well and professionally by Greg and Mr. Pearson. I highly recommend them and Pat the Gutter Rat team.

Have been using Pat since I was a HOA board member in 2009 and now for my personal home. His crew will go above and beyond. I had to have Pat out after another company could not finish the job on my second story gutters. Originally chose another crew because of availability. Big mistake. Pats the guy!
