Pat the Gutter Rat is ALWAYS amazing. Just had gutter guards added to a new roof/new gutters. They were efficient, fast, friendly and knowledgeable.

They were on time, did the work without interfering with what was going on outside my house. They explained any issues that remained clearly. These young men obviously knew what they were doing. They were polite, respectful but friendly.

I have seen their work for a few years. I ended up needing gutter assistance and they were GREAT to work with. They fixed our customers gutters quickly and efficiently!

I hired Geyen Group to do a chairs in multiple locations in our offices. Their technician arrived early and got started right away after showing him which chairs needed to be done. He ensured all doors were locked when he left and closed doors as he worked so as not to disturb the people in the office. The chairs look wonderful!! I had forgotten a chair which Geyen will come back and do (included in the original price). Very professional and reasonably priced. Will recommend them to all!!!

I had several white wool rugs that I shipped in from the Caribbean to get professional cleaning as I had the option of getting them cleaned or replacing them at over 10k.

The Geyen Group was recommended to me by the manufacturers of the HOST Cleaning system.

The service was very friendly and helpful and the product was excellent.
I gave them a very short time frame to work with and they still came through and even delivered to a local address, instead of charging me to ship them.

The service and product was definitely appreciated.

We moved into an older house last year and could tell the HVAC system hadn’t been maintained properly. The technicians inspected the ducts first and showed us years of buildup inside. They did a very thorough cleaning and answered every question we had along the way. Once they finished, the stale smell in the house disappeared completely. The airflow improved a lot too. Very happy with the results.

One of the biggest changes after the cleaning was how much less dust seems to circulate in the air. It’s not something I expected to notice so quickly, but it was obvious within a day. The process felt detailed, and it was clear that attention was paid to more than just the visible parts.

My clothes used to take forever to dry, but after they cleaned my dryer vent, everything dries quickly! I feel much safer knowing there’s no fire risk.

I recently had my furnace cleaned and was very pleased with the service. The technician arrived on time, was really polite, and explained everything before beginning. They meticulously cleaned the burners, blower, and internal components, removing a large amount of dust and grime. Following the cleaning, the furnace ran considerably quieter and more efficiently, and the ventilation throughout the home increased significantly. I really appreciated how they looked for safety hazards and ensured that the system was working well.

After dealing with persistent moldy smells from our vents, we scheduled an inspection. Turns out we needed mold treatment in our ducts. The team used an eco-friendly solution that eliminated the issue without any harsh chemical odor. They also performed coil cleaning, which I had never even considered. I’m really impressed with how detailed and health-conscious the service was.!!

If there was less than one star, that’s what this would be

I saw a lady cleaning the house across the street from me in Tampa and told her I might be moving and was interested in her cleaning services. She mentioned she also had a moving company and could help with my move. Wanting to support a local business, I decided to hire her.

On the scheduled moving day, which was Sunday, she sent one person who showed up and asked, "Where is the truck?" She eventually came, but I had to rent the truck myself. Then, she disappeared, leaving me with deceitful individuals who called a friend for help. This friend brought his young child, who ended up dropping things all over the floor.

When I got to my new apartment, I found hardware for my furniture missing, my desk and couch broken, and my microwave plate gone. Several other items were either missing or broken. I reached out to the lady, and she promised to replace the damaged items, saying she felt terrible. However, it's been almost four weeks, and I haven't heard a word from her or received any replacements or fixes.

I will upload photos of the damaged furniture so everyone can see. Do not hire this woman for your move. She talks a big game but fails to deliver. Now I will add the further comments I get from this professional business person
