Pat and his crew did a great job cleaning my gutters, removing all the debris and installing gutter guards on my lower roof. They were professional and friendly and returned the next day to make sure the job was completed correctly. Will absolutely hire again!

My 4 man team was awesome today. Arrived on time and ready and able to work, they did a great job. Attention to detail and safety.

Got estimate and they were out in a timely fashion. Tech person did a great job cleaning downspouts and my underground drainage, cleaned after their work. Highly recommended.

David went about his work with a smile, did a beautiful repair job on the second floor eve of my house and he was a joy to talk with. He is a very dedicated employee and, like I think I put in my first review after that job, David is an asset to your company. He had a young worker/trainee with him today and the young man was very respectful and also a pleasure to talk with. The two of them work well together.

Two years ago, I wrote the positive review below. However, I feel I must add another not so positive review now. This year when they cleaned the gutters, they broke part of an expensive chair on the patio and left a hose in my landscaping.I called Pat to let him know. He asked me to send him pictures which I did. I never heard from him again. I called the office 6 times and asked to have Pat return my calls. I was told he was “too busy right now.” I would never recommend Gutter Rats again.

Great job. The gutters are not easy to reach but the guys worked hard and did a great job. An added bonus is that they cleaned up after themselves. You’re lucky to have 2 wonderful employees with a great work ethic… Not often seen anymore! Thank you.

The Guttter Rat Crew was professional right from the moment they pulled up. Greg and Larry were cordial, clean and educational, answering all my questions while also showing me the depth of the issues we had and offering suggestions for better functionality. Could not be happier with the job they did.

The only thing they didn't do was hose down all the dirt that fell onto walkways aron the house. So , I had to clean before our dogs could walk on those areas. Otherwise the job was well done. The attention to details would have gotten 5 stars.

I contacted Pat to give me an estimate on gutter cleaning and to install gutter guards for my house. He was able to fit me in his schedule. His team was here on time and completed the work. They were clean and very professional. I will not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend his company. Thank you.

Sean and Cody were the guys that came out to clean our gutters and ran diagnostics on our drains and they were amazing! They were so thorough and hands on and did a great job explaining any issues we had with our existing drains and what possibly needed to be done. They were so knowledgeable and patient answering all of my questions and they were super professional and honest. I’m very grateful these two came out to take care of our house and appreciate their thoroughness and all their hard work!

Loved the service. Had the gutters cleaned & some repairs done for a very reasonable price. Scott was great quoting the business, but Sean & his team that did the work were wonderful. It's nice to see that service & doing the job right is a priority for this company. Definitely recommend them.

Pat is extreemly knowledgable about the construction and maintenance of roof gutters. His crews are some of the hardest working people around and their work is excellent. I highly recommend these people.

I have had a GREAT experience with Pat and his team on multiple commercial projects. They COMMUNICATE every aspect of the job, are on time, do a great job without the need to come back for punch lists. Their team is top notch! Polite, CLEAN and knowledgeable.

Crew was on time and super friendly! My job was not too difficult (they cleaned gutters only- no additional work required) so can't rate work specifically but people make the difference and I would use again.

Let me start by saying I like Pat and his crew, its just their service that leaves a lot to be desired. Pat is a poor communicator. One the third scheduled appt time, he finally showed up to quote my job, and then when his crew was sent out (3 times for the same job) I never knew when they were coming. I'd just get a cryptic message "yellow truck dispatched". Glad I am retired and can sit and wait for my unknown appt. In all fairness, my gutters are old and had unique problems, so the 3 trips out to fix the problems didn't really bother me, but on the last trip out, when I told Pat his crew had left 15 feet of gutter unaddressed, he started giving me all kinds of excuses - all my fault of course. He even said they probably didn't do that section because people don't pay them for extra work. This was just a silly excuse since I had already added on some "extras" while his guys were here. But, it is nice to know he lumps me in with "people who don't pay..." Not an overly professional experience, but nice people.

Pat Green’s “Gutter Rat” business always does a great job for me. They installed gutters and covers about 5 years ago. I have them clean off my roof and gutters annually. The 2 young men who do it are exceptionally nice and efficient.
