Hired to clean exterior of windows. Since they also provide pool deck and enclosure screen and gutter cleaning services, asked them to handle it all. Two team members did the work. The one who handled pool deck and enclosure completed the work well. The one who was cleaning the windows did a terrible job. Said he cleaned all windows even though some had not been cleaned at all. Others were cleaned in the middle but left 2 inches of untouched area around the perimeter. A few were actually cleaned well. One screen was broken in the process.

Office team was professional and did not charge for the window cleaning.

I had a bad experience from the moment I called to schedule an appointment. The lady on the phone was moaning that her computer wasn’t working properly so she couldn’t schedule me in. She said she’d call me back in half an hour. Over an hour later I called her. We eventually scheduled the window cleaning for 2:30pm the following day. 2:30pm came and went and at 3:00pm I called for an update on when the technician was likely to arrive. The lady told me she had just spoken with him and he is on the way and won’t be long. By 4:00pm he had still not arrived so I called the lady back. She told me the technician was on his way but had forgotten some of the kit he needed and was heading back to his office. Apparently the traffic was bad and there was a thunderstorm where he was so he decided he wasn’t coming. I spent my Saturday waiting and waiting only to be told 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment time that the technician wasn’t coming. This was amateur and unprofessional all the way. Do not use this company. There are far better companies out there.

We have alot of tall windows, and wanted them to be cleared of pollen, etc.. This was the first time trying Pure Vu Windows, and we were very pleased. The technician was on time, courteous as to Covid and keeping your floors clean. He was very efficient, and returned all outdoor furniture to its original position. The windows look great, and the spotless beading of the water on them is just as described. We will definitely use them again!

The crew did a fantastic job. My house is old and has not been kept in good repair. I was amazed at the improvement after the windows were washed. I also ordered the new screens.

The estimate was reasonable, and the service was professional and thorough. The windows look great and we are very pleased with the results! We have several oak trees around the house that deposit a lot of residue on our windows. We have elected a maintenance schedule with PurVu to clean our window every 6 months to help with maintenance.

My 1st time experience with PureVu; it was positive. Reggie was my tech and he did a great job. My service included windows inside & out, glass sliding door in my home (my favorite part!), pressure washing of driveway, front sidewalk & entire home exterior. Would recommend and will use in future!
