Green Bee maids is the most profound cleaning service I have ever came across. They clean everything spotless and are always on time I would highly recommend using Green Bee Maid service.

Recommended by a close friend I hired this company to do what they considered a deep clean which included dusting, mop, windows, baseboards and ceiling fans, kitchen and inside of microwave. A woman and man arrived at my home took pics and video of everything and sent it to the company before they started. Once the owner and I agreed on the price and service she gave them the ok to start working. I tipped them upfront and left them to go to church...only to come back and find them stealing my personal belongings. They had their car (white suv) packed with bags filled with a jar of change that I was collecting, my brand new drill and tool set, several designer watches and sneakers, picture frames, pots and pans, blankets, rugs etc. Also a very nice wicker basket that was never retrieved. The women apologized and said “it was the gentleman that took it, please don’t call the company I’ll lose my job”. After calling and speaking with the owner Nicovi (Nicki) sending her pictures of the bags I took from their car and a screenshot of her employee admitting they took the stuff, it took her 1.5hr to get back to me to only indirectly call me a liar. She gave a bunch of excuses first “they said they didn’t do it” then “they said the items had mold or bugs” a jar filled with change ISNT TRASH! None of the items they took had mold or bugs or any other issue. She first offered me a discount then after giving her a piece of my mind she offered to return my money, tip included and send someone else to finish cleaning. These two had bags loaded up with my belongings yet they didn’t clean. My kitchen wasn’t touched at all except for the things they stole. My windows were left filthy...I sent all the picture proof to the owner Nicovi who stands by her employees. Telling me “We work with the Mayor... I’ve never had this issue, They said they didn’t do it and I’m not there”. I refuse to have anyone from her company back in my home. As far as I’m concerned they are all crooks. As I looked around more I noticed more things that are missing but not in the bags that I recovered...even down to bottles of Red Wine. I can only assume they filled the wicker basket and took it home because it wasn’t in their car that was filled with the bags.
I’ve filed a police report and plan to take further action. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I would highly recommend using Green Bee Maid Service. The representatives that come into your home are kind and courteous. They have gone above and beyond. Whether it is a big clean or a small project they are they to see the project done. I would not use another service.

They arrived in time and went straight to work. They were very professional no phone interruption. They were at my house for 2-3 hours. When they finished and left my home the atmosphere was very clean and fresh smelling. Will recommend to my friends.

Do NOT hire this company. The first time they came to our home they did okay, but still missed some things that would have taken 10 seconds that we specifically pointed out beforehand.

The second time they barely did anything at all besides sweep the stairs in two whole hours AND they left 20m early without saying a word. I had to go back and clean/dust everything myself.

The third time they didn’t show up and I had to reach out to them for another team and day because they said the team was no longer with them. Low and behold they didn’t show up the next time either when I specifically needed them that week because we were having company over.
When I reached out to them about it they first acted like they came when they didnt because I was home and have security cameras and Ring. Then they said they didn’t even know who I was and must have mixed me up with somebody else despite having been texting and contacting them from the same number for over a month.

They finally send a team out and they came inside, asked me what I wanted done, and then told me they don’t speak English. Then they laughed as they held a translator app to my face before leaving, and sat playing on their phones in the car for 20+ minutes I finally told them to leave and sent photos to their manager who then lied and said that it wasn’t their car? Thank god I have security cameras to show it was them and the time stamps.

Horrible and unreliable service, look elsewhere.

DO NOT ACQUIRE GREENBEE MAIDS' SERVICES! I informed the company that I was not satisfied with their services and will not recommend their services to anyone, especially my friends and family. This is due to their lack of professionalism and respect for my time. They also did not offer me "additional services" that their website states is a part of the appointment booking process (booked appt over the phone). I booked their "move out" cleaning service and was told they would clean to my property management's move out inspection cleaning standards. Apparently cleaning the walls is a "special task or extra" and that would need to be added as an additional service during booking. Two things: 1. I booked over the phone and was not offered the additional service (nor was I informed the walls are not included). 2. cleaning the walls is a part of the property management's move out inspection cleaning standards. I let them know I was not satisfied within their 7 day window (per their refund/200% money back guarantee on their website), to which they responded "I didn't tell them until 3 days after they performed their services." I see no disclaimer to that guarantee anywhere on their website.

This company is unreliable. They text me at 8:25 pm to let me know that they could not perform my 8 am cleaning. They said they would text again at 9:15 pm with options which they did not. I had to text them again… It is clear from previous reviews on here and Yelp, that this company has a trend of missing time-slots or being late.

Really did a good job of cleaning the entire condo. They even folded clothes in the closet that were just lying. Will be using them on a regular basis going forward.
