Today was the best cleaning that has been ever done in my home. They were very thorough and very pleasant to have in my home. I highly recommend The Cleaning Authority!

Kitchen Floor not clean, Tops of baseboard still dusty and dirty, some nicety's not done, example Toilet Paper not folded nicely, same with paper towels. Kitchen cabinets not wiped down, Stove hood still greasy. These are this I notice right away. I haven't looked through my whole home yet. Time to find a new home cleaner.

Today was my first appointment with The Cleaning Authority and I am very, very pleased. My team worked diligently for two hours…there were two ladies at first then a third lady came in to make sure everything was being done properly. She then chipped in for the last hour to help the original two cleaners. They worked hard and left my home spotless. They even cleaned the vent above my oven which was a mess! Also, my contact person in the office was exceptional. She thoroughly answered my questions and efficiently took care of the bookwork involved. So far I’m a very happy client!

The girls are great and trustworthy. They do an exceptional cleaning job. I love that they have an app where you can see the days they’re scheduled to come, they notify you of the estimated arrival time, and above all, it’s super easy to make any changes. The supervisor also came on the first day and gives you her phone number in case you have any questions! Highly recommended!

The team was quick and did a great job. Both ladies were very efficient. Hope to get them both again. Gosselin and Qylin were both excellent. I would recommend them highly.

Not 1 time has a clean in the past 4 years been worth $200+ for the kitchen and floors. I could pay a toddler with monopoly money and receive a better clean and a nicer attitude than what this company provides.

After years of being satisfied customer, mostly. This company has truly become a disappointment. Our "cleaning" today, looks and smells like it wasn't even done...and that has been the case for the last 2 months. I don't even think they vacuumed our carpets, rugs, couch or chairs...which is something they have always done and should always do.
I accidentally left a finger nail on the arm of the couch and it was still there, after the "cleaning". This company should be avoided, IMO, and just lost us, long time, customers. Sad.

The best company and the best worker are my team #1 Massiel and Miriana are excellent and very professional
