Five (5) stars for the employees who came to clean my move out home, Magaly and Heather; Three (3) stars for the company itself. While the Manager worked with me on a competitor's estimate, the estimate for this cleaning was grossly underestimated. The estimate for 2 people for 3.5 hours each (7 hours of cleaning), this was not an accurate estimate. The 2,500, 5 bd, 3 bath home could not be move out cleaned by 2 people in 3.5 hours. It required an additional 4 hours of cleaning, by my estimate and experience of working with other cleaning companies. I was put in a position to possibly pay for extra 4 hours of cleaning, at a reduced hourly cost, which I declined. I ended up cleaning myself. Not what a customer should be doing upon payment for this service. While I understand it was an estimate, it was way off. Also, why did I not get this reduced hourly cost to begin with? I also felt that the Manager did not have a good grasp on what a move out clean looks like and how much time is really involved. Perhaps a site visit to one of these jobs before it is cleaned.

I employed this service twice. The first time around I had questions, however, they completed their task satisfactorily.......stick the evil you know. The second time around was a disaster.....I was given the run around, they showed up a day and a half late, the job was half completed yet they charged my card 86%of the fees discussed so overall I felt disappointed and scammed.
I will definitely NOT be employing their services in the future and I wouldn't even refer them to my worst enemy.

This was a reclean. The first person was unprofessional and got very little clean. Customer service was prompt and exceptional. Brittany C did the reclean and did an amazing job, very professional. I would use this company again and highly recommend Brittany C.

This cleaning company offers excellent customer service. I spoke with John and he worked with me very professional and patient I didn’t feel pressured he made sure to explain what they offered! And he went above and beyond to accommodate me. I will use Minute Maid services again.

Tabitha and Paula did a great job with our Deep Clean. They clean better than another company I've used in the past. The job left our 3/2 home shining. They were thorough, quick, and professional. Minute Maids is fortunate to have them on their staff.

I had Minute Maids come out to clean my new home before we officially moved in. They did a stellar job and got to everything that I needed and more. They not only made the house look immaculate, but they did it for a fist price. Fully recommend!

After having to move in the middle of Hurricane Ian we needed a move in cleaning so we could actually move in. Jonathan was great at working with us to get cleaners out as soon as he could. He went the extra mile to pull cleaners from a fellow company just to make sure we were move in ready. His customer service is wonderful and he is very willing to help and work with your individual needs. I wish I could have worked with his actual crew to ensure certain things were done but he still worked with us and got us what we needed. For never having to hire a cleaner before, he did a good job. I would recommend to others.

I was Brittany 3rd job of the day. She was amazing!! Her attention to detail and work ethic is one of the best. I would have never known she worked all day. She deep cleaned my apartment and did an excellent job.

First time using a cleaning service to get everything professionally cleaned and they delivered fabulously. Rachel was amazing and did everything to my liking and satisfaction and Jonathan went above and beyond to get me set up and get everything done in a timely manner while keeping my costs at a minimum. Just signed up for a monthly cleaning as well with them and will recommend 100% to anyone looking to get the best service out there.

We had an excellent experience with Minute Maids. Jonathan understood our needs, made recommendations. Booking was easy and seamless. Though Heather was late due to the job before ours being challenging, she was well worth the wait! Everything surpassed our expectations and our house is sparkling! Brittany has done an amazing job in our home. I needed someone who could handle a home with pets, and large bathrooms with large showers. Brittany arrived early and is still here working diligently, even though her time here ended an hour ago. She has been incredibly kind to my daughter and has answered all of her questions with kindness. I will be requesting to keep Brittany for our monthly cleans. Thank you, Brittany, for working hard and giving me more time to spend with my daughter instead of cleaning!

I could not get scheduled on Sunday, but once rescheduled they showed up promptly and did a exceptional job cleaning. The cost came in lower than the estimate. Overall, I am satisfied with the cleanliness and overall speed of the service.

My cleaner Karrie did a wonderful job cleaning my home. She went above and beyond which I appreciated. The company also made the booking and executing of the appointment, effortless. I gave them my card when booking, the cleaner showed up on time, explained to me what she usually does, she left, I had a clean house, and didn’t have to worry about anything else. The booking process took about 5 minutes. She even made our beds, which I’ve never had anyone do before. Will book again in two weeks. Highly recommend.

I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of the service. I needed my apartment to be cleaned out last minute so I can turn it in and Minute Maids made it happen for me. From the smell in the rooms to the shine on all appliances and countertops I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to book with this company. We had a great experience with Minute Maids! The booking process was super easy and Jonathan guided us through booking process for our home. We were going to do bi-weekly cleans but were so happy with how detailed the cleaning was that we changed to weekly! We are glad we finally found the right cleaners for our home and would recommend them to anyone!

The house that I needed cleaned was so bad I didn’t think anybody would be willing to try to clean it. Minute Maid excepted the challenge and Candace came over and did a wonderful job. It was like putting lipstick on a pig but she made the pig look really good. I was very very happy with their service and their prices, I thought they were very professional and did a great job of scheduling for me. I highly recommend them.

I was scheduled for open house they canceled on me two different times I had to cancel my open house then they were going to arrive for my next open house they canceled for that open house and then they told me that they were going to arrive the day of the open house at 8 AM and make it up to me and sent two girls only one girl arrived they had a list of items they were supposed to do she only finished 50% of the job not even 50% I would say 40% and they went and had a charge my credit card anyway and I’m filing a lawsuit against them . They left The oven is filthy dirty the refrigerator was never cleaned on the outside or the inside this was the worst job I had ever had as far as a cleaning crew 50% of the items that I gave them on the list we’re not completed and totally unreliable
