I’ve been using The Cleaning Authority for nearly 3 years now and have had a really positive experience overall with very few issues. Adriana and Damaris recently cleaned my home and did an excellent job. They were professional, thorough, and clearly take pride in their work. Everything looked great when they finished and I truly appreciate the care they put into cleaning my home.

I hired Cleaning Authority to deep clean my house after a contractor dropped the ball, cut tile in the house, and didn't cover anything and got dust everywhere. It looked like it had snowed inside in every room. They were able to come out on short notice and Team #2, Lahima and Miriana, worked hard to get all the dust out of the house. They cleaned very quickly, but also very diligently, and the house looked completely different after they were done. I have added before and after pictures of just a bookshelf. I highly recommend them.

This company cancelled right before Easter after 15 years with me. Said there was a new franchise of the Maids in my area but the internet did not confirm that claim. No one from the new franchise ever called, no appointment was made, no confirmation text ever received, two unknown people just showed up at my door. No references, no insurance information, not registered with the state of Florida, and wanted entrance into my home. That is no way to do business and keep good customers. I do not recommend this company.

Liked my team on Thursday 5.15.25.Specially the way each team member took ownership of a task. I felt each person was the perfect fit for the bathroom, moaping and vacuuming the floor. Will love to have

A team of four came to the house for a move in clean and I am very pleased. They were efficient and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them. I am having them come back to travel the outdoor grill/kitchen area.
