0 stars. He did not show up for the appointment. Our first conversation to make the appointment he was doing something with a boat and said he’d call me back in about 10 minutes to finish the conversation. He did not call back. I called him a couple days later to move the 9 AM appointment to 9:30 or 10. He said he had me down for 3:00. We changed the appointment to 9:30 for the following week. Since he was driving over 30 minutes, the day before the appointment I left a message if he could bring his blowers. The following morning he did not show up. I left a message on his cell and business phone referring this and have not had a response.

This company is, without a doubt, the greatest in the neighborhood. In fact, I'd go as far as to call it the greatest in the region. I've had some success taking my upholstered items here for cleaning, and I highly recommend them. As befits a company of this kind, the employees are competent and friendly.
