I had a very disappointing experience with Keeping Tampa Clean. I booked their deep cleaning service for $325 and unfortunately the results were far from what I expected.

Not only was the cleaning incomplete (my sinks were still visibly dirty), but there was also damage left behind. My glass shower door was damaged, and there is now a noticeable mark on my wall that looks like it was hit with a vacuum during the cleaning.

I reached out to the company right away and provided photos and videos documenting everything. They claimed they “investigated” the issue, but no one ever came out to actually assess the damage in person. Communication felt dismissive, and it didn’t seem like they took the situation seriously.

After going back and forth, they offered a $50 courtesy credit, which I declined because it doesn’t come close to covering the damage that was caused.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience, especially given the price paid for a “deep clean.” I would not recommend based on the lack of quality and poor handling of the issue afterward.

Oh, and their cleaner was 3 hours late to the appointment.

I will never use this company again. I asked for and paid for a deep cleaning with added on refrigerator and stove cleaning. They didn't clean the outside of the cabinets, the base boards, ceiling fans, they didn't vacuum under nothing. Didn't make up one of the beds. I don't know what they used to clean because I never smelled anything. This was such a waste of money. Beware
