Hugo and his team are wonderful. They are always dependable and pleasant, but more importantly they do an awesome job at cleaning! They have been cleaning my house for a few months now and I have never had any issues, and Hugo always ensures any special requests I have are followed. As a super picky person, I really appreciate their attention to detail. The towel and toilet paper art are a cute treat too :)

My experience with them was very good. They are very flexible because I was able to use them the same day once the quote and other factors were squared away. Two staffers were present and got to work immediately. They were polite, helpful, and committed to doing a good job. I had essentially a full house clean cleaning package and I couldn't be happier. Would definitely use them ago.

I love this companies work. I’ve hired them several times. Twice for deep cleaning and let me tell you it gets worse before it gets better, abundantly better! They got all the excess trash and clutter out that I didn’t even realize I had. I’ve hired them for a move out cleaning where they pulled all the appliances out and cleaned inside AND OUT! Got my deposit back because of them. I now am scheduled for regular cleaning every three weeks. The cleaning supplies they use leave my house smelling like a spa with the essential oil mix they use (they offer several different scents). 100% recommend to anyone even considering hiring a cleaning company. Btw did I mention they do free estimates?!

This has been the most amazing group of people that I have ever had the pleasure to invite into my home. They are hardworking, very personable, respectful and can even perform miracles. Just what I needed considering my health had me unable to keep up with the household workload. They even did laundry and made my bedroom beautiful for me to go and rest peacefully with no clutter or worries. The house smells phenomenal and there were two roses that the staff made and left at the foot of my bed. I love each and every one of the staff that made my house feel like a home again.

So amazing! I feel like I'm coming back to my stateroom on a cruise, but it is my house 🥰 the small, beautiful touches are loved by us and the kids!! Also it smells SO GOOD when we come home... After raving reviews from many of my neighbors, and an in-person free quote last week, I had my first cleaning by Master Cleaners yesterday and they were absolutely phenomenal! They arrived promptly at the time they said and communicated with me by text when in transit and when they arrived (punctuality is a big deal for me).

They are the third cleaning service I’ve used in Tampa and they are by far the best I’ve had. They were thorough, and cleaned areas of my home others neglected to do (baseboards, light fixtures, above kitchen cabinets) and when they left, I was blown away by how clean and shiny my place looked.

My favorite part were the personal touches in the bathrooms, but especially the animal towel decorations in my bedroom. Felt like I was on a cruise or luxury hotel when I walked in and saw this pleasant surprise!

In full transparency, I am paying slightly more than I am with my prior cleaners but for the quality of work and service I am getting in return, the extra $10 more is well worth the upgrade. Thank you so much Hugo, Victor and Maritza for your impeccable work!

It’s been about 6 months since I’ve used Hugo and the team and I can’t begin to properly describe how fantastic they are.

The flexibility, the professionalism, the efficient and spotless cleaning (every time), the communication- all above and beyond!

And if all that wasn’t enough, the thoughtfulness- a text on thanksgiving, a gifted candle for the holidays, and as you can see in the pictures, amazing towel art that literally every guest comments on! I merely mentioned I had a photographer coming (those aren’t the photographer shots fyi) those were the pictures Hugo sent me after he let me know he’d picked up some extra decorations so the pictures would be great!

Who does that?!? A person and company that actually care, understand we’re all human and do their best to master their craft while maintaining professionalism and customer service. Can’t recommend them enough and will continue to use them for as long as I’m able!
