The team from Maid Brigade is fantastic and their attention to detail was exactly what we'd hoped for, but unfortunately not expecting anymore due to prior service. They are just plain fantastic and our house gleamed after they left. We're particularly pleased with our Team 12, Cynthia and Natali! I'm so glad that we found them!

Team 5 was amazing. They were on time and worked for four straight hours cleaning our very messy place to get it ready for sale. My husband came to check in and they were wiping and sanitizing the garbage cans— way over and above what I anticipated. All the appliances were spotless. Loved it so much I am signing up for biweekly cleaning at our new house.

Great job for Team 10! I was impressed by how thorough of a job was done and they took their time. The two were friendly and I would highly recommend them. Arrived within promised time. I had a one time cleaning and I think the price was reasonable. I'd recommend and consider doing business with then again.

I hired Maid Brigade company because I always saw them around my neighborhood. Their cars are great advertisement and I thought I would give them a try since lots of my neighbors used them. They are always on time and flexible with having to move days around. They are very professional and friendly. I have never had any issues with them and my house looks great.

Maid Brigade is a fabulous cleaning service! After moving to Tampa in 2016, I was looking for a reliable cleaning firm and a friend introduced me to Maid Brigade. After speaking with the franchise owner to discuss my preferences, a cleaning "plan" was established. The first appointment was a deep clean where the team took care of everything from the baseboards to the ceiling fans. When I arrived home, I entered to a fresh smelling and sparkling home. Their attention to detail was incredible. They touched every surface and left nothing undone. I was very impressed! I now have my cleaning team come once per month to handle the deep cleaning for me. They actively communicate with me to assure I am prepared for them and that I am satisfied with my service. Their customer service is outstanding, their products are very high quality and their workers are professional and highly skilled.

Maid Brigade Team 2 have been the best cleaning team we have ever used. They are polite, courteous, always show up on the day they are scheduled and always on time. We would highly recommend their services. Team 2 is friendly, hardworking, and always find time to add the personal touch. (They love our puppies!)

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Maid Brigade Team 9!!! These girls clean for me every other Friday. They do an amazing job with so many extra special touches like making pretty flowers with my toilet paper rolls, beautifully folding hand towels and accordion folded paper towels!! They are always on time and extremely efficient and professional.

We have been using Maid Brigade for the past couple months, and they’ve been amazing! They are very quick as they move throughout the house, and leave it incredibly clean and fresh after each service. The ladies are a joy to have around, and they do the cutest things in the kid’s rooms - cute ways of folding their blankets and towels, and fun ways of arranging their stuffed animals. The office staff has been great to work with as well, and everyone has been incredibly accommodating and responsive. I’m a working mother of two, so having a reliable and professional group to work with has been hugely helpful. I did a lot of research on the cleaning services in my area, and I’m so happy to have chosen Maid Brigade!

I have been using Maid Brigade for over a year. I get weekly cleaning and it is wonderful. Team 14 is the best of all the teams that I have had. Sandra and Beatriz do a phenomenal job and I am thrilled when I am able to get them. The company communicates extremely well and they work with me if I need to adjust or change my day. I have had several other cleaning companies in the past and none of them have been as good!! Thank you so much and I strongly recommend their service!!!

Love the team I am currently using! Very detailed cleaning and thorough. The team is always helpful when I ask for certain requests. I am always satisfied with our cleanings and they go beyond what is expected. I have been using maid brigade for many years and very happy with not only the cleaning service but the calling service as well. In the past I have had minor complaints and they make sure they fix the issue one way or another. Very pleased with our service overall and will continue to use Maid Brigade.

I turned to Maid Brigade after my previous cleaning service - like so many these days, sadly - couldn't retain/recruit staff. Maid Brigade was recommended by someone on NextDoor.

Disclaimer: they were ~15% more expensive than my previous service...but you get what you pay for. Salaried, bonded and insured employees. Wonderful scheduling/reminder service (guaranteed 2 hour window, with text messages!) and always available (and proactive) customer service. Finally, always on time (no more being held hostage all day by floating schedules!)

In execution: professional, considerate and thorough. My most recent team (#11) did a stellar job in making bathrooms and sinks squeaky clean. The house simply smelled amazing. Everything so nicely organized and put away. I always do a thorough 'put away' before they come to allow room to clean; awesome job cleaning within.

This is the third time Maid Bridage were through my house (I signed up for a 6 session package, every two weeks, at a promotional rate), and every cleaning was stellar. Definitely extending beyond this period.

We have used Maid Brigade for the last year and a half for cleaning services every other week for our house. Team 2 is amazing, they are friendly and do a wonderful job. I love how great our house looks on cleaning day! Team 2 also did a deep clean of our new townhouse and they were extremely thorough and detail oriented. Highly recommend!

DO NOT be fooled by the 5 star reviews like I was. Using maid brigade was not my first experience with a housekeeping company, so I know what to expect from a good quality cleaning service. Before moving to Florida last fall I had a housekeeping company that I loved and used for years on a regular basis, it would take 2 people about 2 hours to clean my 1900 sq foot home. I used maid brigade for 4 months and from the beginning I questioned how long it took them to clean my current home. A team of 2 people were always done in 1.5 hours and this home is 2700 sq feet. It was always different people coming to clean and not the same team each week which I was not a big fan of. I would often notice things missed each week like a surface not dusted or something small but I let it go. However this kept happening consistently each week with different teams, which meant its a company issue and not specific to one person. This past week I canceled my service because they came to "clean" my home and it was anything but that. My master bedroom and bathroom didn't even looked like it had been cleaned. There was visible dust on all of the furniture, the garbage was not emptied, the shower had hair, dust and soap scum and the floor was not mopped.The lack of service was evident because a team of two people spent less than 1 hour cleaning a 2700 square foot home. It is not possible for 2 people to thoroughly clean a 2700 sq ft home in less than hour. When I called to cancel they offered to send another team who has not been to my home but I did not want that. They did ask if there was anything that they should come back to fix but I declined because I was appalled at the lack of cleaning that they completely lost my trust and I just ended up doing it myself.

We've had our home cleaned for years by the same company and I always thought they did a pretty good job. But we just recently switched over to Maid Brigade and I was blown away by the difference! I couldn't believe how much cleaner our home was. They wound up cleaning things that the other company never touched at all. I'm so incredibly happy with the service I received and I truly wish I'd switched over a long time ago!

Furniture not dusted, cabinets not cleaned, sofa not fixed just super disappointed plus they use so much chemicals that your nose burns after a few hours of staying in the house. Worse cleaning company ever

Team 11 is the best. They come in prepared and get the house cleaned thoroughly. They are always polite and very professional. House is left clean and smelling great. Little extra touches with the towels and blankets are above and beyond.

Best cleaning service I've used in Tampa bay! Team 4 is amazing- efficient, great attendance to detail and polite and courteous. Would highly recommend this company. Incredibly professional and works with you and your schedule. Always a friendly attitude. 5 stars all the way.
