This last week, I had a Maid Brigade for the deep cleaning service for the bi-annual, 5 week in-law visit. This is the first time is 25 years my mother-in-law did not offer to “help” me clean for the holidays because every square inch of my house was sparkling!! The team from Maid Brigade has been routinely cleaning our home for several years and I will never change! I have had several very nice independent cleaning ladies over the years. Nothing compares to a team cleaning! It is convenient to schedule and change, if something comes up. They have always arrived when scheduled, which is very important to us. The quality of service is the best- my home is spotless top to bottom for everything in sight. The price is competitive, and I trust the cleaning team in my home. Owner Carrie Knight has been great from the first visit with quote and Angelica does a great job of making sure we stay on a routine cleaning schedule. Bonus: My cleaning team is friendly, they know my house and family, and don’t mind working around our kids or the dog when we are all here at the same time. I trust and will continue to use Maid Brigade.

We've been using Maid Brigade for a few weeks now after using another service previously, and we really love and highly recommend them! They do a great job, are responsive if we ask them to touch something up, and are always friendly and professional. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Our most recent cleaning was given by Team Eleven, and they were great! They even took it on themselves to re-mop all the floors with extra Fabuloso when I said how much I liked the smell of their cleaners, and went back under the kitchen table when they (not me!) noticed a spot had been missed. We were so happy when the office said that they could perform our future cleanings, too! The only complaint I have is that they were surprised when I tipped them for their hard work. If you book (and definitely do book!) be sure to tip these hard working folks! They more than deserve it.

Another note - the deep cleaning performed initially was probably the best cleaning our home has ever seen, either by myself or another service. Even if you don't want regular services, I HIGHLY recommend a deep cleaning by them! Our home has never looked better.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. Words cannot express how happy she is with the services of Maid Brigade! It brings her so much joy to have a sparkling clean home consistently. Their attention to detail is like no other. My mom loves having team 12 in her home on a biweekly basis. She trusts them implicitly and is so very satisfied with their services. My mother has been using maid brigade for over two years now, and is deeply satisfied. Each cleaning is so thorough; it is like being in a new home every time they visit. The ladies even fold the toilet paper in a unique adorable shape! Having this professional cleaning service is like the icing on my mom’s cake of life! 😊

So far I’ve had a deep cleaning, and one regular cleaning with teams 1 & 3. They have been incredible!

They are so fast, and leave the house looking, feeling and smelling super clean. I have a big house and other cleaners have balked and taken literally 8 hours to clean what maid brigade can do well in two.

I’m amazed at their speed and effectiveness. Plus, the women are so upbeat, friendly and pleasant. Willing to offer a smile any time I pass by.

I’ve tried several cleaners over the years and none have compared to the amazing results I’ve gotten with maid brigade and for a great price too.

They charged me $190 for 2 hours 45 minutes of work. Pieces of furniture were left without being dusted. There was visible debris on my tile and wood floors and dog fur on the carpets and furniture. When I called the first thing they said was "we don't give refunds" and became frustrated with me because I wasn't willing to leave work and drive home so that they could send the cleaning crew back over. Very disappointed in the service provided not to mention the customer service. Eventually they did offer me a $15 credit.... and I cancelled my service contract.
