Team #7 did an outstanding job. I am extremely detailed about my home being cleaned. I took a risk with an unknown company and was very disappointed. I gave Molly Maid a try (returning customer from many years ago) and they were extremely thorough! They truly mean clean top to bottom. From door jams to baseboards and all hardwater stains removed from the glass in my shower. Every room in my home was spotless, shiny, clean and fresh. I will absolutely continue to use them. Dont be fooled by these AI flyers and bot reviews. Stick with a reputable service!

I’ve had an initial deep clean and one follow up cleaning two weeks later. I’m very pleased with the service I received. My home looks, smells and feels great. Katie and Leighton did a great job yesterday! They were both kind and professional while in my home. I highly recommend Molly Maids to anyone that works from home. I never thought to treat my house like a business building with hired staff to help run/maintain everything. Entrepreneurs don’t have to do EVERYTHING themselves lol 😂 I’m attaching some photos. I only have them cleaning my whole downstairs and upstairs including the bathrooms. Just none of the bedrooms. I didn’t include the upstairs second living room as we have some projects happening so it’s a bit untidy right now. I’m very pleased though and I have the added time and energy to focus on my business, health and family 💗 Thank you Molly Maids! Looking forward to continuing to work with you!

Danielle and Kayla were absolutely incredible! My apartment was 20 years old and I just moved in when I noticed it needed a deep clean. They were on time, very friendly and even had good conversations with me while they cleaned. My apartment feels so clean and shines! I also have cats and they were very caring towards them which made me feel grateful. 100/10 recommend these lovely ladies

The customer service at Maid Brigade is wonderful, they are flexible and accommodate your needs or any concerns. The team that cleans our home are really friendly, even to our dog, and provide a great cleaning service at a reasonable and fair price. Having Maid Brigade has given back valuable time to my life!

Maid Brigade provides an awesome service, for a fairly good price. They are easy to schedule, very friendly when I call their main office and the cleaning groups they send out are always efficient, personable & hard working. Most of the time they always do something a little extra like folding the towels in different designs or leaving a little something behind that makes us smile. They even do things I said were not necessary like cleaning dishes in the sink or completely make the bed. We love their service and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs it.

The Main Brigade team always arrives on time. They are nice with my dogs and will do small special requests. Very pleasant and easy to work with. They also smile a lot which I like, especially when I try to talk Spanish.I recommend them.

We have contracted Maid Brigade several times in the past 7 years for deep cleaning. They are always on time and do an amazing job. They work tirelessly the whole time they are here, clean the whole house from top to bottom including fans, light fixtures, kitchen cabinets, blinds and windows plus a lot more. The house is spotless when they leave. I highly recommend Maid Brigade and will definitely continue use them in the future.

I am thrilled with the wonderful service that I received with today's first visit of deep cleaning my home. The team of two ladies that arrived today made my house look better than I can. Better than any service I have ever used. My home is clean...it smells wonderful. The refrigerator and oven are sparkling clean and my home has been sanitized with the Pure Mist system. Towels and TP have been fancy folded throughout. I am very happy. Taking it all in and looking forward to their return in two weeks. I am so glad to have found Maid Brigade.

I am really happy with this service. I recently moved to the area and was dissatisfied with the original cleaning service I had hired. Maid Brigade has been super helpful, thorough and professional. They did a tremendous job with our new house! I originally thought the bi-weekly price seemed high but after seeing the results of their work I think it’s worth every penny.

Team #15 did an amazing job!! We are moving out of our home and it was a disaster! They were so great to work with us and start in areas that were ready to be cleaned while we finished getting everything out of the house. Everything smells clean and looks great. They payed attention to all the little details. I am so relieved I didn’t have to do all that cleaning myself. Thank you again!! Phenomenal job ladies. :)

Team 10 is the Best! They always go above and beyond. We love using the Maid Brigade! They show up on time and when they leave, the house is always spotless. I also enjoy the peace of mind knowing that our house is disinfected and that the products are green and non-harmful to my pets and family.

We started the Maid Brigade home cleaning service a couple months ago. The initial cleaning is a deep clean. Wow! They did a fantastic job. We have vinyl plank floors and they looked a different color after the cleaning (back to the original color). We are very pleased with their service and recommend them to anyone needing regular or one-time cleaning services.

I looked for a cleaning service for several months before deciding on Maid Brigade. I interviewed six companies including Maid Brigade. which I was impressed with the most. They have delivered on every promise. They show up on time, do an outstanding job cleaning my home which is large by most standards ( about 4,500 square feet), are reasonably priced and are a pleasure to deal with. Maid Brigade knows what they are doing. I highly recommend them.

We have a house that was recently renovated. We have moved in, but it has t been deep cleaned. It was such a relief when the crew arrived and said, “we will clean everything”. They did a wonderful job. We have 2 dogs, a cat and a 18 month old. Our house has never looked so good. I’m very happy with this service and I recommend the Maid Brigade.

I have Team 7 and the thoughtfulness and care they show w my home and even my fur babies... is so incredible. Their prices are reasonable and service is excellent. This was my first time having a professional clean my house and they did a wonderful job. They were exactly on time, worked efficiently, cleaned thoroughly, and were very courteous. I work from home and they allowed me to move around the house without seeming like I was a burden or in their way. They attended to the details I haven't wanted to deal with in my day-to-day cleaning like the baseboards, window shutters, and light fixtures/fans. I'll use Maid Brigade again.

A couple of months ago I hired Maid Brigade for biweekly cleaning services. The experience has proven to be one of the best decisions made this year! We had a great experience with Maid Brigade. They arrived on time and did a terrific job. Management and all teams members seem to go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied with the service.

I came over here to leave a review and noticed there was a $25 off coupon for your first deep cleaning if it occurs on M/T/W. We had our DC on a Tuesday so I called to see if they would honor the coupon after the fact...they said no problem and added a credit for our next service.

Ivanie the manager and Cleaning Team 10 were great. Had a deep clean done and the house was clean and fresh smelling. Our plan was to have our house cleaned every 3 months moving forward. However, we noticed some minor damage in our kitchen after they left. It was noticeable because the kitchen is all brand new and just installed a couple months ago. After voicing my concerns to Ivanie within the 24 hours that they require, the owner reached out to me, Stephanie Harris. All she did was provide excuses of why it could not have been them who did it. When I asked if she would help at all with the minor repair (damaged baseboard), she just stopped responding to me. If the damage was more severe I would be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau, but its not worth my time at this point. This is the first 3 star review I have ever given on Google. Once again, good overall cleaning, just beware if something is damaged in your home during the process...
